We had a flood in one of our upstairs bathrooms on a Saturday morning. Called Steam Commander and TJ came out within an hour or two. They took care of all of the damages and left it impecable! Thank you!!!

we had a water leak in our house and called Steam commander for water restoration . They worked round the clock for us , responded to every text and call promptly. They made the whole process go smooth for us . Helped us save our cabinets . Very happy with the office Mary Jo takes care of it and their crew Cody and Brenner . I will refer them to everyone for good floor clean and water restoration services as well. We had carpet cleaned through them previously too and had great experience.

I called them the day I closed on the house, they booked me into an open spot at the end of the day on a Friday and were on time and not in a rush like one would expect on the last call of the week. They did a very thorough job, explained every step, and didn’t apply any up sell pressure or techniques. Clean and courteous. Carpets looked great.

Very disappointed with the service that I received today. I was referred to steamcommander within the community and do feel the recommendation was adaquate. Due to traffic the employees showed up at 5:15 for a 5’clock appointment...ok, things happen. I escorted the two men upstairs to the couch that needed to be treated. The gentlemen kindly gave me a demonstration for the cleaniess that there product should produce. After I agreed on there services for the couch...I inquired about their carpet cleaning services as well. As they spoke with me concerning how good their carpet cleaning services were...I explained to them, I’ve have my carpet cleaned three years prior and was sorely disappointed at the waste of money that I spent. They continued to peddle their products stating how good their services were and how the previous services were inferior to what they could produce. As I agreed to the services...I asked several more times, “ Are you sure that you could get the stains out?” They continued to stress how their steam gets to 200+ degrees and the along with pretreatment all of the stains would be gone. Towards the end of their trip...they informed me that some stains wouldn’t come out because of wear and use. WHY DIDNT YOU JUST SAY THAT FROM THE BEGINNING!!!??? Fast forward until now...1:13 in the morning and I am highly upset because the same stains that they claim that would be gone once the product was dry...IS STILL THERE!!! These are the stains that were left using steam commanders. After speaking with the owner..she said that nothing else would be done about them. I asked her about the %100 satisfaction guarantee...and she stated, “sorry that you are not satisfied, but there’s nothing else that I’m gonna do.” After reading your reply to my review...you are wrong. I have the transcript of the complete conversation between you and your employees with me if you would care to listen. Actually, you didn’t care about my satisfaction, so why would I expect you to care about what you told me. Smh

Steam commander went above and beyond. I would highly recommend! We have 3 kids and a dog and it was time to clean floors and furniture. They cleaned our bathroom tile, laundry room brick floor, shower tile, dining room upholstered chairs, a couch and a bench cushion. Our house looks brand new! The Steam Commander team was so kind and worked hard to meet our expectation. We are so pleased!

The customer service is amazing and staff is very kind. However, after two trips we still have bad pet smells. We had the carpet installed less than 2 years ago but had a dog frequent accidents upstairs for a couple months before having someone come out. We treated the areas with spot cleaning before having someone come out. In addition the rest of my carpet smells off after about a month. It's 2 year old carpet and now smells really dirty. For example after my kids and I roll around on it playing we stink. I also didn't love the harsh perfumes used. I thought it was a steaming service and didn't realize that my carpet would be saturated in basically soap. My carpet that once felt silky is now stiff.

Steam Commander did the best job cleaning our carpet, upholstery, and tile. The service was second to none. What a phenomenal experience!

Trent and River were on time, polite, and efficient! They not only covered the job I requested of them but were able to add on a separate job. I was very pleased.

We were under the impression from our furniture store that, due to the stain protectant on our sectional, it was not recommended to have it professionally steamed. I spoke to Steam Commander and simply had to let them know the “cleaning code” and they steamed our sectional to look as good as new after 5 years of wear and tear! It smells and looks fresh and clean.

Trent and River were polite and professional. They listened to my concerns and were able to remove all of the pet accident stains off of my carpets. I would definitely recommend!!

I couldn’t be happier with the job this company did cleaning my floors! From start to finish, they were professional, on time, and very detail-oriented. They took the time to move furniture carefully, treated my home with respect, and left the floors looking brand new. Their team was also very courteous and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. It’s rare these days to find a company that delivers both quality work and great customer service, but they definitely did.
Highly recommend to anyone who wants their floors cleaned the right way!

Second time using Steam Commander. Communication was great! They showed up exactly when they said they would and were done much sooner than I expected. Very friendly and courteous technicians! I would definitely recommend them.

They are such a great company and always take their time with the cleanings. Carpets and upholstery always look and smell brand new when they are done. I have 2 shedding labs and they always make the hair disappear! Great company...highly recommend!!

Wow!! They did such an amazing job!
We have carpet upstairs and are eventually going to remove it but plan to do so when we do the bathroom remodel in January.
I decided to go ahead and try cleaning it because our son suffers from allergies and it’s just holding dust and dirt.
I can’t believe how clean and fresh it is now.
There were also some stains from my mom’s dog that I was unable to get out but they got rid of all of them. Looking back I wasted money buying cleaning products that didn’t work. Not sure what they use on the stains but they disappeared.
Techs were courteous, polite and professional. Great work!!!
I may even keep the carpet now since it looks brand new.

Gerardo did an awesome job! Explained what he needed to do to clean my carpets in my primary bedroom and stairs, then cleaned them. So amazing!

I gave two stars because the team did their effort; they came to my house twice trying to clean the sofas. However, their product couldn't clean them. The sofas had just one hard stain that I knew could be difficult to remove, but the rest was dirty from daily use. I paid $400, and they still look grimy.
The pictures are after cleaning them twice. I'm very disappointed with the result.

Update:
I change my review to 3 stars instead of 2 because the customer service is great, and they care about their clients. I got a call from the business owner looking for what they can do for me to be satisfied, and she offered me a third cleaning, but I think if 2 cleanings couldn't do the work, I don't think a third will do it. So, she gave me a refund of $100. Even when I didn't get what I was expecting, they made an effort to make me feel better.

Gerardo that was working with us did an amazing job! We had adhesive from a crew that installed the wood flooring all over the house! With this company they did exactly what we needed to get it cleaned up! I highly recommend this company to everyone and will make sure we have them service all our cleaning needs when it comes to flooring!

I was dreading having to replace my carpet after my doggie decided to pee upstairs. She isn’t allowed there, and of course, gate was left open and first thing she does is relieve herself. 😩 I had Gerardo and Kevin from Steam Commander deep steam clean the carpet yesterday and that horrible smell is gone! Best part is that treatment reaches the pads, ensuring it doesn’t come back. They were super quick and professional. I recommend their services!
