Amazing Company.. Very fair pricing, and great service. They are very busy, waited 6 weeks from estimate of work till appointment. Work done exacty when promised and was perfect. Don't go anywhere else, this company is the real deal.

Messed up leveling our yard, tried to fix with mulch and weeks later it's a disaster and an unusable mud pit.. Waste of several thousands dollars and now I'm going to be out thousands more to fix their mess. Also paid them to fix sprinkler system and we still have broken pipe $1000 later and it's not covering everywhere still. It looked so pretty when first put in but because it wasn't leveled and irrigated correctly it turned to a mess.

Would never use this company live right by there property and they do no care about their neighbors! They were shredding up trees at 7:45am (Which is not quite). When I called to talk to the company they said we start work at 7! Really because y'all are in a residential area not commercial. Also when they moved in they built up their property so much that now we floor every time we get alittle rain and they have done nothing. They are not a stand up company!!!!

I have been using Horizon for almost 6 years. I call them for my larger projects because I know they will do the job right. Everyone is very caring, courteous and want to do a good job. They listen to what you say and what you want. They take pride in their work.

I have never had such amazing customer service!!! Mr. Keith was more than exceptional in helping me. Very much appreciated his knowledge and tips on the sprinkler system! Thank you!!!

I contacted this company a week ago to get a quote to commence new service. I was told by Pam that Keith would go out the next week to assess and that they would get back with me. NEVER heard from them.

When I called on today, a week later, Pam stated Keith was out of town until Monday of next week. When I asked whether he went out to assess my yard , she informed me that "he tried to fit you in but couldn't". I then asked why did you not inform me of such a decision rather than standing me up for seven days. Her reply was NOT professional, accommodating nor a desire to render good customer service/satisfaction. I would rate a ZERO if I could!!!!!

We are charged via our HOA for Horizon mowing and edging. I would never hire them personally. They fail at basic mowing, edging and reliability. Their owner and managers will follow up on complaints but they don't follow through with consistent service or the changes needed. Missed mows are acknowledged by managers and promised but don't happen. This review is after 18 months of much patience. Today I found a new plant with 15 stems now has only 2 due to careless edging.

Becky, Keith and Pam are an absolute joy to work with! I use their landscape services for a community that I manage and they are prompt, their work is great quality and I love their communication. It makes my job so much easier. Thank you everything you guys do for me and my residents. Happy holidays!

Outstanding landscaping company...we have been using them for years. Great family oriented business with excellent customer service. In a world of fly-by-night companies and no customer service, Horizon has always has been reliable and top notch! One of our sprinkler heads was having an "issue" and the owner himself was out the next day fixing our problem. Awesome, awesome company. Forever customers!!

Work product is okay, nothing above and beyond. The one star is mostly because of their billing practices. They did a warranty job for me and obviously sent an invoice to the wrong email address (I just assumed the warranty folks ended up covering it) and instead of calling or finding another way to remediate the lost invoice (which they eventually did), they sent a letter threatening a mechanical lien (which I JUST found, a month later).

Update your practices to keep a (correct) log of your customers and contact them like normal people. If you have someone’s direct cell, use it.

Would highly recommend Horizon Lawn and landscape. They installed a ton of storm drains in our backyard to help prevent water build up. We are on a large lot and there was a ton of work that needed to be done. Horizon came in and completed the job in a timely manner. Communication was great, and they completely transformed our backyard! We are so thrilled with the work they did! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They know what they are doing.

Your driver was driving 20 mph under the posted speed on Kuykendahl and swerved repeatedly into the middle of both lanes. Please don't let your drivers look at their phones while driving. It's incredibly dangerous and he could have hurt someone this morning.

Horizon Landscaping just recently installed an irrigation system and sod at my house in Bellville and I could not be any happier. The customer service that Hunter provides is on another level. A month after they installed the system I started to notice some standing water and without hesitation Hunter drove all the way from Cypress just to make sure everything was ok. Turned out the neighbor was overwatering their grass causing water to collect on my property. I appreciate them going above and beyond to ensure everything as ok. Just had a large project by Scott and his team. Local guy. Very good work. Using him for the upkeep as well. Highly recommend.

Waited around during my 2 hr appointment window today, the company is a no-show. No phone call or text, no communication or consideration for client's time. Had to call them to ask them if they were still coming. Not very professional or reliable.

Update:
I posted my honest review and they proceeded to:
- Intimidate me by mentioning their lawyer
- Attack me
- Guilt me
- Make excuses instead of taking responsibility and attempting to resolve it.

Nothing I said was a lie. I wasted 2 hours of my day, no communication, and they then proceeded to harass me instead of taking responsibility and attempting to resolve it professionally.

Maybe if they weren't harassing customers from leaving real reviews, someone could have save me the time I spent today. I'm going to be brave and leave this up so others have a 100% transparent review. They can decide for themselves if they want to try out a company and I hope others speak up too and not succumb to being guilted and shamed for being truthful.

Mr. Scott noticed me struggling with my broken sprinklers as he was driving by. He pulled over without hesitation, got his hands dirty, dug into the ground, and fixed the issue on the spot. He even gave me a tool I didn’t have, just to make sure the job was done right. After finishing, he cleaned everything up and quietly went on his way.

I’ve never seen that level of generosity from a complete stranger. I’m still genuinely surprised. This is a completely honest review, and I’m very grateful for what he did.
