Very polite & courteous young man, obviously anxious to please as during his work he would ask for more info on a stain, how things looked during his work & if I was totally happy with all his work. Bryan even took extra steps to search on his phone where a pulled plug-in (previously disconnected by a painter) on my motion couch should go & reconnected it properly for me. Im calling this company back in the future & Bryan is the one I WANT COMING BACK.

I made an appointment online and the highly skilled technician Robby Vincent cleaned my carpets, 3 rugs and a recliner the same day, just a few hours after my request.. He is very professional, courteous and detailed oriented. I am very happy with the results.

Safe-Dry carpet cleaning did an amazing job. We have been keeping a friends dog while they went out of town and he was cute but had several accidents. Robby ensured us he could get the stains out and make it look great. A matter of fact, he guaranteed it. If the stain comes back just call and let them know. Very professional & left the carpets looking great! I would definitely use them again!

The cleaning was sufficient for what I paid for. Slightly unprofessional, in that the individual arrived about 15 mins late, each time he left the house to run to his car, the front door was left opened. His customer service was excellent though. Very kind and respectful. The invoice was submitted incorrectly (charging me more than what was quoted). When I brought this to his attention, he promptly corrected it. After cleaner left premise, I received a call from his manager 1 hour later stating that the payment must be paid immediately, as the cleaner cannot move to future houses before current payment is paid. This wasn’t a problem, however communication would have been great regarding this, as it’s not convenient to drop everything and make a payment in the moment when you’re at work.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The technician who cleaned my carpet was incredibly nice, friendly, and genuinely compassionate. We recently lost our dog, and he was so empathetic and supportive throughout the entire process. He took his time, literally scrubbing and making sure our carpet was thoroughly cleaned.

He was very accommodating, professional, and made everything so easy during a really tough week for us. The service was quick, affordable, and the results were amazing.
