Michael was AMAZING !!!! He was on time and very professional. The carpet smells and looks great! I was in a budget and had to get the basic steam but he threw in a pet treatment for me. I needed this done same day for my move out and I am NOT disappointed. Thank you Michael!!!! Will be returning.

I had carpet cleaned in master bedroom, it had pet stains on it. The spots are all gone & it looks like new. We had our 6 piece sectional cleaned. It had several pet stains on every section & oil spot from hair on one section. It is approximately 6 years old and it looks like & smells like new. Could not be happier. Our guy was David S.

Erik I. Did an awesome job cleaning the rug . He was upfront and honest. He was was even able to remove stains that I thought wasn't going to be able to remove. I will be using the service soon and will be ask for Erik.

i called for upholstery cleaning. i have gray couches & 2 toddlers, not a good combination if i must say. they had a technician/specialist come out the very next day. Cris was incredibly nice, attentive & very informative throughout the process. took the time to explain everything in detail & ensured my couches were spotless. couldn’t be happier with the service. highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Steam Master and their technician, David Sanson. From start to finish, David went above and beyond. I had booked a same-day sofa cleaning after a messy renovation left everything covered in dust. David arrived right on time, worked carefully and thoroughly, and made sure every detail was taken care of. By the time he was finished, my sofas looked brand new and the whole room smelled fresh and clean. The part that really stood out was how thoughtful he was. When I realized I had forgotten to include a few pillows, he kindly offered to clean them too. His professionalism, patience, and dedication to making sure I was 100% satisfied truly set him apart. Cris came over today and did a terrific job steam cleaning both of my couches. Definitely I recommend them for any service you are looking for.

Dylan came out to do a free estimate, was very friendly and professional, he pointed out some stains that "may or may not" come out so their be no problem if it did not come out. He called the day before to verify appointment, I had to reschedule, which he did with no hesitation. Day of appointment he was respectful of my special needs daughter as he cleaned her area up stairs.
After the job he cleaned up any mess that he may had made. Over all he did a GREAT job and I recommend to anyone.

My technician was David S. and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and took his time thoroughly explaining the treatment and answering my questions regarding my carpet and padding underneath that needed cleaning from the cat odor. The carpet was left spotless and smelled fresh again and cost was very reasonable.
