Bliss Carpet Cleaning is amazing, I don't know what type of chemicals they use but they can remove stains and revive old carpet, rugs and furniture deep grimy stains. Bliss was recommended to me from a Title Company. They are very professional and reliable.

If they clean like they drive it cant be good. There employees should remember the van there driving is a billboard! This A-hole drive cuts me off while I'm drive with my 6yr old and 4yr old in the truck. Again if they clean like they drive it's a rip off at any price!

Bliss owner is very kind and she stand by her company and products. First cleaning of my carpet, the people came that didn't do a good job. The owner came and she wasn't pleased either. She personally stayed with the young man the 2nd round to make sure it was to satisfaction and it was alot better considering my carpet is over 12 years old and spots was removed that I thought wouldn't come out. I'm much satisfied the second tire around. I highly recommend Bliss.

Well I have never left anyone a bad review. So this is my story

I called them
Out and they talked and talked . I never pay in advance and I never use a company without checking out reviews . I do so many homes and I need so many sub contractors so I needed an extra carpet company to clean homes for me on the south west. These guys are extremely terrible , she said they don't move furniture. A 45 pounds table and the parts with no furniture they just broke my heart . The services left me so sad,, not because they charged me $165 for a 10 feet hallway and a living room that was slightly damp but because I could not believe anyone could be so proud to do such a tacky job and walk away. Well I just paid $165 to learn which company not to use. I just feel
Sad that they could spend so much money to buy a van and equipment and not have the two basic skills to succeed in business, right skills and attitude. If you must use them
go ahead and I would not discourage you, but PLEASE never ever pay in advance.

Bliss carpet cleaning did an outstanding job on my mother's carpet. I called them to clean her carpet and they came the same day. The service was professional and impeccable! My mother was surprised they were able to get the stains out. I'm going to use them again and I highly recommend their services.

Rudy and Edward were great. Rudy has cleaned my house a couple of times now and has great attention to detail. He’s also very friendly and has an delightsome positive attitude. Edward was in training but was very polite, friendly and thorough. I like the communication from the office and the price was several hundred dollars less than other bids. I will use them again!

We had Cris clean our sectional and he was extremely thorough, it looks like a brand new couch! He answered all of the questions we had! We have already recommended Steam Master to some friends that were looking to have their furniture cleaned.

Dylan and steam masters are beyond life savers. I had a different company come out and clean my carpet in the morning and about an hour after they left everything came back and nothing was actually clean
I called steam masters and they were able to have someone out within 2 hours. Dylan came and he knew exactly what to do and spent a good amount of time cleaning this one area that we are having pet problems with. When he was finished he laid a white paper towel down and showed us that it was in fact clean. I am so thankful for steam masters and will be using them time and time again. Thank you so much!
