They arrived on time and dropped off and collected up as planned. The work appears to be of high quality. I'm content. They have always picked up the phone when I called. Payment options and method were simple and practical (no voicemail message was necessary). Market value was paid; it wasn't the most costly price, but it wasn't the cheapest either. I'll recommend them and use them once more in the future.

Horrible experience. Been harrased all day long by this company. Was quoted a price for 2 rooms and stair and the price was triple what they quoted me. Still haven't seen there work so cant speak on that but would never recommend this company. They sub the work out to unprofessional guys that stated they would not leave the house till paid. I said I would pay the bill after I get their and see it but 20 harrasing phone calls later I just paid it. I guess I will see the work tommorow.

These guys know how to clean carpets. Period. Jeffery was so kind and professional. Edgar was very professional and cleaned our living room and dining room carpets(long overdue). I made a spontaneous decision to also clean our living room upholstery and I'm glad I did. The results are amazing! and the level of service is really top notch!

Tried calling for a price quote and the lady that answered was rude. I was trying to clarify the price and her response to my questions was so rude I didn’t even want to book services

They don’t charge what their ads and promotions says. They’ll tell you they’d charge you $75 for 3 rooms but they charge by square ft. They’ll also leave it wet and won’t dry for 4 days. Not recommend it.
