We moved out of our home & George and Maria did an amazing job cleaning it! They didn’t leave until it was spotless. They were so nice and worked really hard. I wish I had been using them before I moved out of state. I highly recommend That’s Clean Maids!

Very professional. Very respectful. Our house sparkled in a very short period of time. The ladies even moved furniture to clean the tile floor underneath! I'm very happy with the work and I have already recommended them to several neighbors.

That’s Clean Maids made booking an appointment extremely easy. The user friendly app was helpful not only in selecting the perfect cleaning package but tracking the progress of the cleaning. The team assigned to my house, MC Cleaning, were the sweetest people and did an amazing job. You can definitely tell they care about their clients.

This company is awful!! Please DO NOT USE THAT’S CLEAN MAIDS!!!!! I hired this company for a deep clean. What I got was a halfway regular cheap clean and when the cleaner had to leave early to get to her next cleaning, left me shocked!! This company advertises great words, however, the incompetent cleaners they hire to clean peoples homes lacks a job well done!
They scratched my stainless steel appliance and when I contacted them about this, they asked for pictures, which I happily provided. This is where the games began… after one excuse after another, lack of communication, lack of professionalism, I decided to use this platform to prevent other customers from falling victim to this company. You will be very disappointed in their services. Trust me when I say this!! Save yourself a headache and less cash in your wallet, and hire another company who’s a lot more experienced, professional, and will go over and beyond for the cleaning. This company is a joke!!

They do a great job and are proactive heading into holiday weeks when the schedule changes. I feel like price wise - we’re getting great value based on the quality of work. We only use them once a month for a deep clean and it just sets up nicely for the rest of the month. Highly recommend to anyone!

We had a fantastic experience with That's Clean Maids! We recently finished a remodeling project in our house and had construction dust EVERYWHERE. That's Clean Maids quickly responded to us with a very fair quote for services and scheduled our appointment immediately. The ladies who came to our house were friendly, professional, exceptionally thorough, and communicated very well with us. Our house was cleaned from floor to ceiling and looks absolutely fantastic! I couldn't be happier with the service we received and would recommend That's Clean Maids to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

They responded to a last minute deep clean due to a cancellation with another company. They were extremely thorough and took the time to explain to me the steps they were taking to make sure it was a deep clean, as opposed to a dusting. Our house looked great when they were done... Would absolutely use them again.

I had a great experience with That’s Clean! I live in Houston and I was actually in Austin at the time I scheduled the appointment. I wanted to come home to a clean space after being away. What I really loved was that I was able to do everything online. Never had to talk to anyone. A little scary but it worked out wonderfully. Their website was super easy to use and everything went great. I will say I felt it was a bit pricey for my 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 700 sqft. apartment. I ended paying $170 something. I did a basic deep clean, said I had pets and left a $20 tip. But I didn’t mind paying it because of the convenience of the online booking. Not sure I’d use them every month for $170 for such a small space but maybe that’s just because of the options I chose, Im not sure though. But I would recommend them to friends and family and appreciate the work they did 😊

When I have used them to do a deep clean before moving out, they've done a great job - helping me get the full security deposit back by having a clean residence. I've just started using them on a monthly basis, and they have been just as good. (It was a different team, but they did just as good as the previous team)

From start to finish they were very professional.! I appreciate them answering my questions and being timely and efficient. Their customer service was on point! I would most definitely use again. My rental looked way better than when initially moved in. If you’re looking for someone to clean your home I would definitely recommend them.

I had renters living in my house, they did take care of the house but before I moved back in I wanted a thorough cleaning. After hearing of That's Clean Maids I booked my appointment. Once they finished the house looked better than the day I bought it. Amazing job! I will absolutely be using them in the future.

Our cleaning team did an EXCELLENT job! They arrived at the beginning of the arrival window and got straight to work. They were sure to focus on the areas that are most important to me. This was the absolute worse cleaning. It was a moving cleaning and a lot of things were still not cleaned correctly.. pics attached to see results. Contacted them for a refund and they wouldn’t give one, but says they give 100% guarantee. I’d never use them again!

The team that serviced our home did such an excellent job, they took care of the smallest details and made our home look feel and smell great. I wish I had kept a photo but they made the cutest bow on the end of the toilet paper roll in the master bathroom 🤣 it was such a cute touch and you could just tell they were the nicest people who took pride in their work. We have been using this service for a couple of months now and have loved the results. Every team that has been sent to our house to clean has done a phenomenal job. There was one time where a couple of things were not cleaned to our liking but was corrected and made perfect the next time around. The teams are very personable and professional. They come with their own supplies and leave the house smelling and looking amazing. We have so many living things in our house that it is difficult to keep up but That's Clean Maids never fails to do a fabulous job!
