I've been a customer for about a year and a half.. They do a great job for me. I highly recommend this business.

I've been using Big City Maids for about six or seven months. While not always perfect, they were always quick to resolve my concerns.

The person cleaning was mopping my floors was using dirty water. I had to text the owner and tell her. The vacuum she brought in was full and dirty etc. Did not get what I paid for.

They were very patient with us as we had to reschedule a few times. When they came to the location they were very professional and super nice and did an awesome job with the services provided. We will definitely use them again.

Personally I have had a great experience with BCM. I have used them for almost a year and they have been wonderful. They communicate, show up on time and my house always looks and smells great when I come home.

Usually I am not the one to post reviews on companies but today's incident was worth mentioning and its the only way for it to at least get the owner's attention since we kind of are being ignored. My family has used this company for the past few years and we had grown to love their service and their people. So to write this is heartbreaking(a very dramatic word but it describes the current emotion very accurately). However, over the past year, the maids have not come on time, we get sent one or two maids when we specifically asked for at least 4, usually coming way later than the time we expect for, sit and talk on the phone which further prolongs the cleaning process, and are constantly forgetting to either clean the stairs, cleaning the table, switching out table mats, etc, etc. (which is fine for the first few times but not when it becomes consistent). We did not say anything at that time because we were taking into consideration that maybe Covid was affecting them. And yes, these might be the little things that we could fix ourselves but if we are paying for the price then the little things become huge. Today, August 2nd, was when the line was crossed. Just an fyi, my sister and I were home so we saw this with our own eyes. One maid came at 2:11pm and only cleaned the upstairs bathroom and then proceeded to text and call multiple people and even sat on our stairs for a good 30 minutes. She did not finish vacuuming or dusting the second floor at all. At around 4, after constantly calling the company and requesting another person to come help maid #1, a second maid came. Instead of coming inside and cleaning right away, both spent about 20 minutes talking to a car outside which wasted time and was very unprofessional. Then they came inside, Maid 1 went to clean the downstairs bathroom and Maid 2 went in the kitchen. When my mom came home, she was already upset that it took them that long and got more upset when she saw that the upstairs was not even close to being done. My mom went to go talk to Maid 2 since she was the only one who could speak english just to try and understand why it was taking them so long to clean just one floor. Maid 2 became very rude and was throwing my mom a lot of attitude, claiming that the upstairs was clean, when it really was not. Maid 2 then angrily exclaimed that she would walk out if my mom continued to treat her with disrespect, which is ironic because she was the one throwing attitude at a client whereas my mom was just asking a simple question. Maid 2 walked out and talked, to god knows who , outside on our property for 45 minutes. If she was being professional and calm, she would've finished the kitchen and dining room in that 45 minutes. Afterwards, maid 2 came inside the house again, told maid 1 to stop cleaning, and started to walk out without even acknowledging us. I stopped her to ask why they were leaving when the house was not clean and she said simply she did not want to clean the house. My mom asked her to wait for a bit just so we could call her boss and see if we would have to pay the full amount for an incomplete service. But she said "You cannot force me to stay here" grabbed her things and walked to car.They left their garbage bags all around the house and did not have the decency to at least take those with them. Just to clarify, I've been calling them Maid 1 and 2 because I did not get a chance to ask them what their names were, not because I'm trying to degrade them. With all this being said, I feel like the "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" was not delivered to us at all. When we got on the phone with the boss, the boss did not even try to make the maids finish their job. The disrespect that was shown to my mom was not appreciated, the constant talking on the phone was not appreciated, the not vacuuming and leaving the upstairs half-cleaned was not appreciated, and the not cleaning up after themselves and abruptly leaving was not appreciated. Very disappointed to say that this incident was the cherry on top and that we no longer will be using their service anymore.

UPDATE: In response to the owner's review: Please get your clients straight. My mother is deceased, so there is no way that she approved the cleaning of my home. Second, my home was cleaned on November 27th, I emailed you all on November 27th with my complaints. I called on November 30th twice, December 3, December 10th, December 15th, December 28th and today. I sent pictures of the poor service on December 3rd and 5th as requested. I refused a free cleaning and requested a partial or full refund. Teresa with the answering service said she cannot issue refunds only the owner can, and I never heard from the owner until today when she lies on me and claims my monther approved a cleaning and that I complained a week later. Please tell the truth. And if you don't value customer service and just want to keep the money for a poor job then just say that. Original Review: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I requested a deep cleaning. They sent 1 lady for a deep cleaning of a 2500 sqft, 2 story home. That is a horrible idea. The lady they sent did a decent job vacuuming, and getting showers, sinks and toilets cleaned. Although she did premanently destroy some of the chrome hardware in my restrooms. But my floors were half swept and not mopped. When I ran my hands over the top of my refrigerator I was greated by a hand full of dust and grime. When I moved my small toaster oven over in my kitchen there was the same crumbs, food and mess there before I paid them $171 for a deep clean. I don't believe she moved anything in one corner of my kitchen counter or on my island. When I walked in my living room my eyes were immediatley drawn to the  trash vsible right under my couch. I have requested a refund at least 3 times through conversations with Theresa and by voicemail. Still, no refund, full or partial. I will continue to call them until they run me my money!

We absolutely love them. Cleaning is the thing we need the most help with around the house and when they leave our house is gorgeous and really feels like a home afterwards. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a maid service.

I've never had a cleaning service so thorough. BCM gets right to work; they're creative organizers and really dedicated when it comes to cleanliness and presentation. I even called afterward because I wasn't sure where a pair of slippers had been stored, and Liz forwarded my call to the professionals who'd worked on my home, and quickly relayed their response back to me. I would definitely book services with them again in the future.

I was excited about this company because of the good reviews. They were supposed to do a deep cleaning in my home and never showed up. I tried calling and texting they didn't answer. Later in the day a female returned my call sounding as if she was in bed asleep. She gave me a lame excuse about their car not working. Even if this was the case they could have had the decency to communicate to me that they were not going to show up. Or at least answer my calls/texts. I am so disappointed. I do not recommend this company.

Big City Maids did a wonderful job on a standard clean in our house! They answered all my questions very promptly prior to the cleaning. They called to verify it was okay to arrive early. It was so nice to come home to a clean house for once 😂 I will definitely be using them again!

I’ve never ever used a maid service before because I’m so picky... so I started with a deep clean and now do one deep clean and one regular clean a month. We work crazy hours and have 4 boys and wanted to be able to spend more time with them and have more family time (ANY!) when we weren’t working instead of cleaning all the time during our free time. BCM does an excellent job and always sends me a text to make sure I’m happy afterwards - and they are open to using some of my cleaning products that I like that I just leave out for them. Every time they come, they stay till the job is done and don’t charge any extra- trust me, it takes a while to clean the boys bedrooms plus their game room - and they love our dog and will let her out and back in while they’re there for me. :) Super easy to schedule and reschedule as well and Theresa, the scheduler, is always super nice and accommodating any time I’ve had to reschedule on short notice.

Without a doubt, I recommend Big City Maids! Liz is super nice and she is truly passionate about her business. I think it’s amazing what they are doing during such difficult times. The two cleaners did a great job, they are trustworthy and professional. Liz is also very easy to communicate with via email or phone. Thank you so much for everything!

Avoid if you can! I would give 0 stars if I could. I was tricked by the good reviews on Google. I should have read the reviews on yelp about this company before booking. On fb, it stated the service would be $100 on Mon & Tues but when she quoted me she said $113 which made sense with tax; however, I was charged $119 for POOR & HORRIBLE service.The house cleaner only cleaned 2 out of the 3 bedrooms, she used my TRASH CAN as a mop bucket, the cleaning product had an AWFUL musty smell, all the mirrors had water spots, and everything that was said to be“wiped down” looked as if nothing was done. My microwave was greasier after it had been “wiped down”. I think she used only water and soap but nothing to disinfect or actually clean the surfaces. I have countless more complaints but I should’ve known better to trust an ad without doing more research. I am so disappointed and will never use this service again. What cleaning company doesn’t come with their own mop bucket nor proper mop? She used a swifter with a dirty rag attached to it. I had to re-mop my own floors at least 4 times to get rid of the terrible smell. Please read the reviews on yelp before booking this unprofessional company. The lady only spoke Spanish so I wasn’t able to let her know how upset I was with the service. My house ended smelling worse and for the 2-3 hrs she was there, hardly much was to show for. Bathrooms had partially scrubbed and the main thing she did was took out the trash. I felt scammed out of my money. My biggest mistake was not taking pictures of the horrible job done, smh.

Exceptional in both desk services by Teresa & maid teams. Every single person always happy to go above & beyond to meet our standards which are a bit higher than the norm.
For over a year, Big Maid City had never once failed to satisfy us. Their services prove that they do honor their testimony on their website.

We have used this company a few times but our last experience with them was terrible. We scheduled them for a specific day and they didn’t even bother to show up on that day. We were told they were short handed so they would come the next day. When they finally did show up the lady who was cleaning forgot to do a couple of the basics. I tried to ask her if they still cleaned the showers but she didn’t speak English so she couldn’t understand me. I messaged her boss and was told they do clean the showers and I asked if she could please ask her to do so. By the time the lady left our master shower was not clean. It looked like she wiped the bottom off and smeared the glass door but didn’t bother using any cleaners. I again messaged her boss and was told that the lady claims their products don’t properly clean showers. We were reassured someone would come clean the shower again the next day. I asked around 2 pm the next day if someone was still coming to correct this and she claimed they would be out in an hour. Again they never showed up. I paid good money for them to clean the house and they can’t even figure out how to clean the shower. I’m going to switch to a bigger company with better products and service. They cost the same and I’m sure they can do the job correctly.

We have been using for almost a year now, The same team clean my house every week. They ALWAYS do a fantastic job! Excellent service a highly recommend this company.
