I was very suprised when I went I into the store people were walking around not doing to much of anything. I went to the lumber yard and had to wait until some one could help me. Their was only one person working in this department at this time. A lot of employees were just walking around and outside they were sitting on carts smoking cigs not helping anyone. Finally I got Ivan and he helped me a lot. He even helped me in other departments. He is such a sweet young man. Did a great job. So I went to check out and met this wonderful lady maybe A little older than me. She was very efficient and very knowledgeable of all the store. I asked her of the 3 young men that were outside smoking and walking around. She said they always do that . this store really needs help. One of the young men was Chris so don't get him when you go to the store he won't help you. As for Ivan and the lady that checked me out they get a 10 on my list. GM you need to just pop in the store every now and then and you will see.

Doing some research online for a new ladder and I notice HD had this ladder on sale. Tried to check out in the garden section but the cashier was nice and said she couldn't sell it to me at that price and that I would have to talk to customer service. No problem I go the customer service desk and I ask for some assistance from Mo and she was giving me attitude in the beginning saying home depot can't price match to what ever is showing online n etc I ask to speak to a manager Elias was busy doing something and she talked to him over the phone and she explained to him what she told me and after that I was firm with wanted to speak to Elias my self. After Elias came and he said he spoke to his manager and that they will be able to do it. And was talking about great customer service and I laughed and informed them this was the biggest lack of customer service having me waiting for a good 20 minutes.Dont understand what took so long especially if Home depot has it in their policy that they price match it competitors.

Reckless drivers. They barge onto highways without looking and nearly force traffic with the right-of-way off the road. Their careless behavior will never win my business. If they are careless at a high rate of speed, how careful are they driving in neighborhoods around children?

**Horrible inconsiderate Drivers**
These folks need to hire people who actually know how to drive and respect others on the road. I come across these trucks everyday and on the regular. The drivers do not care about anyone else around them. they cut people off with out a question or concerns for anyone else around them. on the freeways they go under the speed limit in the fast lane causing all kinds of traffic. it makes not sense. Maybe the people who run this business think they're to good for common road way hospitality. I really hope they have good insurance because one of their drivers is going to seriously hurt or cause an accident with the way they drive. these people seriously need to take a drivers class or get off the road.

Every day they hold up 99 on my way home doing 50 55 on 99 which is dangerous and frustrating

one of thier mower was following us while we were taking a walk for several days and had to file complaint with police.

Agree with Mike they clog up 99 and dont understand the how to drive on an expressway!!! Stay off the grand parkway!!

Their truck and trailer blew by me in the Cy-Ranch school zone this morning. it’s 30 mph through there. Slow down!
