Their drivers are jerks who pull out in front of you and block traffic instead of waiting until it's their turn to cross the intersection and almost caused a three-car pileup on Barker Cypress Road at 6:45 in the morning during a weekday!

Man this company needs to be inspected by Texas department of safety driving.all bad reviews what’s going on. Maybe drivers need to take a course of safety driving. I can’t rate a good comment I was going to but not any more.

Truck #94 displaying license plate NSS7752 literally almost killed my family this morning on SH 99. Is this how your business operates? Your drivers tailgate drivers on the roadway. I can only imagine your business practices.

They were spraying in my neighborhood, and spraying whatever chemical everywhere like it's water. Whatever chemical they were spraying got all over my back yard plants, vegetables, fruits, and the people (my 5 month baby girl) that was sitting outside. I asked them what were they spraying and told them not to spray towards my house and to spray away from my house and he got aggressive and started to yell at us. He said he was spraying something for the fungus, and I told him not to have any of that herbicide or any pesticides or any chemicals going into my yard. I called the company and my HOA. The company called me back telling me that they were spraying a foliar fertilizer. I told them that wasn't what the man told me he was spraying and I need to know what specific chemical they are spraying since it's not all over my fruits and vegetables. I haven't heard back. If this doesn't get resolved, I'm going to the BBB.

Earthcare crews sent to our subdivision repeatedly left terrible messes on our grounds. They often ran over debris rather than picking it up, thus scattering more of it. I even found a shattered beer bottle they ran over just moments before. A worker was standing close by but had little concern about it. They have no problem mowing right after the sprinklers or heavy rains and thus leave big ugly ruts all over. They repeatedly ran their mower into the lake in almost comical fashion, which would make a terrible mess along waters edge. Repeated complaints got our subdivison and myself nowhere. Having once been on a mow crew, it's hard to understand the level of mediocrity they are dedicated to. Avoid this company if you can.

My kids were playing by the pond at the park and the worker drove right up close to them on the riding lawn mower spraying them with dust and debris getting way too close!!!

Employee in truck #127 was just peeing at Fuel Maxx in the damn parking lot on Shiel Rd..!!! He was acting as if it was the cooler on the truck that was releasing!! May 17th at 7:15am.....

They mow I my house and our neighborhood and on two different occasions they have come so close to the park where my two-year-old was at and other kids and I'm trying to get her to come away from them but they're continuing to come right where the park is right at the time, blowing up sticks and dust and pollen where the kids are waiting for the bus for school and it doesn't make sense to me why they would come so close to kids where things could fly up and hit them. It's a 15-20 minute window when the kids are out and it's just a little frustrating. The last guy I talked to about it that seemed to be a supervisor, and he apologized and said the guy was new and was very nice. But I don't see him today so it's back to this.

Driving down TX-99 today between Katy and Cypress and had an Earthcare Management truck trying to run me off the road...not a clue why he was behaving like this, but I felt it was important enough to share. Looking at the comments, this seems to be how this company operates. Not good quality people.

Best landscaping company in Cypress/ Houston. We have used them as our company's landscapers for a couple yrs now. Always get good vibes/ curtesy from the employees I have interacted with.

While kids and moms were at the Meadows in Imperial Oaks, the landscaper from Earthcare came by on the mower and kicked up so much dust and debris, coating the moms and little kids with dust.
I mean, I get it. When you mow sometimes you kick up dust but this dude rolled right up to where the kids and moms were and knowingly dusted everyone. It was awful.
Practice some awareness.

Wow... looks like I'm not the only one with issues concerning the drivers. Van 88 on Westpark and Peek Rd. Turns right in front of me to get into the gas station and I have to slam on my brakes with my two year old in the car. I pull into the gas station and he starts yelling, flipping me off and cussing right in front of my kid. Bald, Hispanic male with tattoos on his hand. Call into the office and speak with "Kenny" and told "I will chat with him". Sounds like ECM has some liabilities on the road. This WILL catch up with you.

truck/trailer #40 northbound 99 4:30pm 10-15-24 going 45mph almost caused massive accident without even realizing. flicked me off and made other obscene gestures after i honked. i will be calling the cops on y'all. this is the 17th TIME I HAVE KEPT TRACK. you NEED to get your drivers off the road, especially off SH99. they are HORRIBLE drivers and going to get someone killed. they are advertising y'all all over cypress solely as hiring reckless and dangerous drivers. get out of cypress.

I was driving along 1463 by Cross Creek Ranch and their lawnmower guy clipped a rock and it shot into my windshield. I submitted a form online for someone to contact me after it happened as we were heading into a weekend and no response. I then called repeatedly and spoke to Steven of whom was not the slightest bit helpful and actively tried to catch me in a lie of sorts and accuse me of changing the location of where it happened. I became so frustrated because of my time wasted on having them rectify the situation appropriately. I now have a crack on my windshield that is spread across my entire windshield.

It would have been nice to have someone handle the situation appropriately without me having to come out of pocket for a windshield replacement for an error on their behalf.

My daughter got into a little accident with one of the trucks. The manager called me right away and made sure everything was taken care of. Yes was unfortunate but they did everything possible to minimize the inconvenience.

I just experienced a terrible road incident with Truck 116, partial license plate (because they’re plate was half covered by the break light) 6077H. After putting my blinker on and getting in front of him to turn right he honked at me. Once we both turned right he felt the need to speed up and cut me off so bad that I barely was able to break in order to not crash into him. Keep in mind I have my toddler in the car with me. As I passed them up they were laughing. These are grown men and this is completely unacceptable. A police report will be filed along with pictures and dash-cam footage.

WOW. Apparently I’m not the only one by the looks of this comment section. The owner of this company needs to do better!!!!

Today was the best day even after my car windshield being broken by a stone while the employees of the company were landscaping the area of my neighborhood. It was scary and unpredictable but after calling the manager of the company I had the best treatment. My windshield was replaced the next day through great understanding and respect! My car was even washed from the scattered glass so I could drive safely to my service appointment. So much humanity and responsibility! I am grateful there are still people out there with such values! Thank you!
