Discovered I had warped floor boards caused by water leakage, which I tracked back to my toilet leaking under the floor tiles. Handyman friend advised to find a LICENSED PLUMBER and NOT a handyman as the offset flange had rusted and needed to be squared FIRST and then replaced. Matt, Alex, and Laurie showed up and did a great job, fixing the problem once and for all.

Our water heater went out late on a Sunday night and when we called, Clarke Plumbing took our call right away. They were very professional, very understanding of our urgency to get it fixed quickly and assured us they would be out as soon as possible. The technician on site assessed the problem, advised all steps they would be taking to fix/correct and what all needed to be replaced prior to starting any work. Their team worked quickly and had the job done in no time. Thankfully we had hot water without fail that next day! Working with Clarke Plumbing was easy and effortless on our part and they really take pride in the work they are doing! Clarke Plumbing is definitely who we call when we have plumbing needs!

In May 2024, our home was hit by a tornado. Lost power, parts of the roof - lots of damage. Very spotty cell service.The main water pipe on the side of the house was fractured by the storm so add having no water to the list of issues. That was Thursday. The next day we were able to reach Clarke Plumbing and they were able to come out in 30 minutes to fix the pipe. Water service was restored. The availability of Clarke Plumbing was remarkable; other plumbers were not available for several weeks.

December 2024 - we smelled gas in the attic and the garage. Centerpoint confirmed that there was a gas leak somewhere in the line, removed the gas meter on the house and shut off the gas service. No heat or hot water, which are premium items in Texas on a "frigid" 60º day. Clarke Plumbing arrived the next day, identified where the leak was and fixed it. Very prompt. Very professional. Very reliable. Gas service was restored and my wife and I managed to avoid getting frostbite. Texas frostbite.

We had a water leak at the meter and was determined to be on my side and as our responsibility to repair. We were a bit devastated that this could cost a huge amount of money that we weren’t prepared to cover. Clarke Plumbing came out to conduct their assessment and to our surprise the cost to repair was very minimal for approximately 4 hours of work. They arrived as promised, assessed the repairs and replaced the dirt and grass leaving the area better than we expected. Thankfully the leaking pipe wasn’t far from the meter. We were totally impressed and satisfied with the value of services performed and received as well as their professionalism kindness honesty and integrity. Shout out to Clarke plumbing for coming out to replace a faulty leaky water heater! This is a family run business! You will most likely talk or text with Laurie. She is super responsive!
They don’t up charge on equipment! She let me get my own water heater and they did the install including all the flex hoses, pvc, pan, drain pipes etc! They even met me at Home Depot and took my water heater for me! Had it not been so last minute, they will just take your order number and pick it up for you. They even removed all the old stuff. Really happy with their work! Super respectful and quick! Would recommend! 10/10

Clarke Plumbing helped me get a steam cleaning feature working on my dryer and attached it correctly for me and fixed a toilet.
Laurie is so sweet and great to schedule and work with. They were wonderful and called me to let me know they were coming and actually showed up on time. They did a fantastic job and gave me a one-year warranty and total it even came in less than the original estimate!

We had a number of plumbing problems right before Christmas, including two leaking toilets and a broken shower control. Show Plumbing came out right away and completed all of the repairs in a professional and timely manner. Our house is several decades old, so some repairs required re-piping in the walls. The tech patiently replaces all the pipes as needed like new. Everything was in place and in good working order in both bathrooms and our kitchen for the new year. Show Plumbing makes sure you know up front exactly what the job will cost you, and then they do excellent work. We will definitely call them back for our future plumbing needs.

Show Plumbing returned in May to do a kitchen remodeling and installation. We were completely satisfied with their work. We had them install a cabinet, countertop, sink, dishwasher, and disposal. The job required the coordination of several teams, for the cabinet, the countertop, and the plumbing. Everything was well organized and executed, and at each step a project manager came to inspect the work to make sure that everything met our expectations. Communication was facilitated by the helpful office staff, Janice and Jessica, who were our go-to persons when we had a question or concern. I'm sure that our job was not one of the more extensive contracts that Show was fulfilling at the time, but we were always made to feel that our job was not small to them and that they wanted us to be happy with their work. The result is a beautiful new solid wood cabinet with marble top that we are proud of and a sink and dishwasher that we are enjoying using!

Outstanding Service from Preston. He not only fixed our leak, helped us decide about the water softener and upon inspection making sure all was well... he discovered that our Garbage Disposal had a crack in it! Fortunately he had the exact type of Disposal in his well stocked Service Van! We were all taken care of in less than 90 minutes for all that needed to be done! I highly Recommend Show Plumbing and Preston for all your plumbing needs!

Jason and the SHOW team were amazing with my storm drain install. Clean lines were dug, grass was saved and they were careful with the sprinkler lines. Jessica was great at keeping me informed about daily arrival times.
