The plumber called me back immediately. We discussed the issue and he was able to help right away. Very happy with his professional manner, excellent customer service, and knowledge to fix the problem.

Mitch squeezed us into his very busy schedule. I called on MLK Day because we had a toilet that ran over into our closet. He called the very next day and gave us options. Honestly best prices on installing new toilets. Also if there was an award for best mullet, Mitche's partner would win it!

Had to have a valve replaced under my kitchen sink after a awful leak got water everywhere. I called them but they were booked solid. I was trying to find another plummer and Darla called me right back and said the guys will stop by to replace it on their way to their first appointment. Awesome!! They got here in 20 min changed the valve, and were very nice and efficient. I will always call on them. Thank you , thank you . You guys are great!

The plumbing repair service was good overall. The plumber arrived on time and handled the issue professionally. The repair was done correctly, and my plumbing has been working well since then. Communication was clear, and the pricing was reasonable. While the service was solid, a little more attention to detail would have made it perfect. Still, I would recommend Flo Plumbing LLC for reliable plumbing repairs.
