The technician Oraine provided exceptional service from start to finish. He arrived on time, quickly assessed the issue, and explained everything clearly so I understood what was going on. His professionalism really stood out, he worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and made sure the job was done right.

What I appreciated most was his patience and honesty. He didn’t rush through anything and took the time to answer my questions and offer helpful recommendations for preventing future problems.

We had a great experience with this plumbing company. They arrived on time, were very meticulous, and successfully cleared a stubborn drain clog by running a snake through the line.
They also used a camera to show us the inside of the pipes, which helped locate our buried main clean-out. Justin was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and the rest of the crew was just as courteous and efficient. Highly recommend their service!

Our primary room toilet would not refill water to be able to flush. Our kitchen faucet was also dripping continuously. The plumber, Steve, was very polite and explained each repair every step of the way. Pricing was up front and fair. Would recommend and will use again in the future.

I called at 7 AM, got a return call at 9:30, and Mark and Fred were here at 11:30. They fixed the leaking pipe, checked for other leaks, cleaned up and were on their way in less than an hour. Mark was like a beacon of light in our hard times he took a hold of us and comforted us in our time of desperation after he was done fixing our toilet he offered to take our trash out raked all the leaves in our front yard and even took our poodle on a walk. Last year when we called him out he also offered to mulch our entire front yard and he did it God just doesn't make men like him very often anymore. UPDATE Mark came out yesterday and put smiles on all of our faces by doing what could only be called an expert comedy show for my eight year old daughter's birthday man alive Mark you are something else great job.

Very unprofessional and unreliable. Technician came out and over quoted job. Management did make right and conducted other work to offset overage, but there is when the trouble began. Technician replaced a T under the sink only for it to leak. Technician came out after I noticed the leak and tightened up connection and blamed the garbage disposal vibration for the leak, granted no leak was present until the T was replaced. To make things even better that technician didn't clean up the water under the sink leaving it to me to clean up his screw up, stating his wet/dry vac just broke. Fast forward guess what happened again, yes the T is leaking again. I called last week, they gave me a time window, guess who is a no call/no show.. Yes the technician. Now I can't get them to return my calls, but luckily for now they are still answering mine. I would never do business with them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. And this is a scaled down version of my experience, but hopes this can help someone make a better plumbing choice.

I am very happy with the level of service, the cost, and professionalism of the technician, Charles, that came out. I expected a major up charge since it was a Saturday, but there was not one. They were able to repair a pipe I damaged and remove and replace a bathtub/shower valve in under 3 hours.
I was very happy there was no hard sell for addtional services or work and once completed, Charles showed and explained to me what work had been done and advised me on some DIY things I could before I have drywall reinstalled.

From consultation to begining our job Charles has been extremely professional and helpful. He did a great job outling the work that needded to be done. He even went above and beyond and explained why our the hardware in our tubs keeps wearing out. His estimate was fair and honest. Plumb right plumbing has earned a customer for life.

I recently called Plumb Right to repair water pipes under my foundation, which ruptured after leveling the foundation. I sustained water damage to bedroom carpet before I realized the pipes were broken. I turned the water off and telephoned several plumbing companies. Since the incident occurred on a Friday, I had difficulty locating anyone that would come to my home, until I contacted Plumb Right. The receptionist was very understanding, and made sure that a tech; along with a plumber, was sent to my location that very day to assess the problem. Furthermore, they returned the next day (Saturday) and completed the work, which involved tunneling under the foundation to repair the pipes. Moreover, they located and repaired additional items that were in poor condition. Additionally, the cost to make the necessary repairs was very reasonable. You can believe it when I tell you that I will always contact Plumb Right for any future repairs to my plumbing needs. Thanks again to all the employees of Plumb Right for a very professional and caring attitude.

I have know mark for years. His service has always been top notch. The most recent work he has done on my home was to replace two 40 gallon water heaters in series in the attic of a two story home. I was very worried about cost and potential damage to my home, but his men showed up looking, clean, professional and ready to work. They layed drop cloths down and vacuumed up all insulation when they finished and left the place looking better than it did before. The water heaters themselves looked fantastic with brand new supply lines and he even replaced my water and gas valves for free. If you need quality plumbers who know what they are doing and take their time, and who care about pleasing the customer versus getting home by 5 there's no one better in the cypress/Houston area.

I called Plumb Right after a bad experience with a "referred licensed plumber who does a lot of work in the Memorial area". I had a broken gas pipe in where else the Memorial area. The Memorial plumber took me to the cleaners while never responding to my calls or supplying me with next step proposals. I was basically babysitting and a sitting duck. After finally receiving my astronomical next step Proposal, I decided to requote with some other licensed plumbers.
Mark at Plumb Right returned my call personally. He personnally came to the appointments with the crew and walked me through the entire scenerio. He gave me his best quote upfront. Most important is the honesty he supplied. Mark and his crew completed the work "timely" never leaving me hanging like the other "referred licensed Memorial area plumber"!! Mark has my vote for top notch customer service and honesty. I will not only use him again but refer him to all my friends.

We needed some bathroom plumbing done, and Tim came out right away, that same day and stayed late to set us up with a new water heater as well as fixing leaking pipes in the upstairs bath. He was super thorough, did a great job, and stuck to the quoted price. We will be using Plumb Right again in the near future.
