I had a clogged drain emergency in my bakery that could’ve seriously disrupted the day, but Roto-Rooter came through big time! They responded quickly, were super professional, and had everything cleared up in no time. Rafael explained everything clearly and made sure the area was spotless before leaving. Can’t thank them enough for saving the day—highly recommend for any business that needs fast, reliable service!

Breznet was a Great plumber! He was on time and he cleared my kitchen sink clog in a reasonable amount of time. I have never been through having a clogged line before so I was nervous and he said Ma'am don't be nervous calm down Im gonna fix it for you relax everything will be ok. I even received a coupon and additional discount which made the financial blow to my pockets softer. 5 stars is my rating roto rooter and Breznet they
deserve it.

Justin was so nice and professional. He fixed our issue. Couldn’t have gone more smoothly. I will use root-rooter again.

Received a call from Chris today who is a dispatch supervisor. Was attentive, friendly, and personable (which their receptionist was as well during all my interactions). Called to apologize for the miscommunication and to check if the problem was fixed and even recommended another company that detects mystery leaks if our new plumbers can't find it soon. Appreciated the call, effort and personablility - not many have taken the time to rectify so this was a wonderful surprise. Still have not used them so I can't speak directly to their service but they've been nothing but professional over the phone and in handling this review. Thank you Chris!

I called today at 1:51pm to get service out after hurricane Beryl. Standing water I noticed last week but didn't think much of since it was after a storm turned out to be an underground leak that destabilized our 50 year old tree which is now leaning at a severe angle after Beryls winds. We can't get the tree stabilized until we get the leak fixed and after speaking with the very nice receptionist, was promised they would be out within the next hour to 90 min.

I called back 5:05pm since 3 hours had gone by without hearing anything. The receptionist kindly apologized and said they would have the plumber on dispatch contact me within 15 minutes and was taking longer at the call before me. Didn't hear anything and called again at 6:05pm on the dot to ask again when we would be hearing from them. Receptionist apologized profusely and said she would have dispatch contact as soon as possible. Called at 7:17pm asking what was going on only to be told that all the plumbers went home for the day and they would schedule me in the morning.

I realize this was not the receptionists fault but explained how inconsiderate this whole thing had been - to call multiple times with not a single update from the in field team for hours on hours for a pretty severe problem I can't get fixed without dealing with the root cause (no pun intended) first. I explained the main issue I had was that I could have gone with another company hours ago to get this taken care of before it becomes a safety problem if the team had at least said they were too busy to take me today. Now I need to pay an after hours fee to a company who can at least keep their word.

Will not be using them even if their work is well done; communication is everything and they are either too swamped to take care of everyone equally, have zero communication within the company, or have careless and flippant in field employees - all of which will lead me to recommend you stay away from using them.

Excellent service and punctual. Manual was great. Ralph Crawford is an awesome field supervisor with great knowledge of his craft.

Great Service! Kelvin was on point! Fixed the issue in a timely manner and explained the problem, also detailed ways to prevent it for reoccurring. Great Company! Very organized!
