Joe the Plumber saved the day! 
My bathtub faucet suddenly wouldn’t turn off last night, and water was running nonstop. I called Joe after hours, and he showed up quickly despite the late hour. He diagnosed the issue right away, had all the parts he needed on hand, and had my faucet fixed in no time.
He was professional, friendly, and clearly knows his stuff. The pricing was fair—especially for after-hours service—and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
If you need a reliable plumber who genuinely cares about helping his customers, Joe the Plumber is the one to call. Highly recommended!

DO NOT USE! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. This place uses fake Google reviews and a fake address and phone number. It will link you to premium home services which I’m not even sure what they are. When you ask the Techs who they work for they cannot answer.

These guys are not professional and doing heavy price gouging. They need $600 just to assess the leak and annual fee of $150. How can these people do business like this w/o any ethics when the community is suffering.

John was incredible! He was very honest, and open with helping me understand what he was doing and how we could prevent future problems! It was just my son and I home, and he was so interested in watching him work, and he was so good with him! Top notch!!

Don't wasted your time and money with this company. They are a big scam company. They are took advantage of this crisis and forced you to sign up their membership with no policy or documentation send to you stated that's non refundable $149 when you cancel the membership, even through they are not do any services yet. Big SCAMS COMPANY.

I called this company December 24, 2022, due to their website stating they are a 24/7 company as well and emergency. I was met with a rude female on the phone that sucked her teeth as if I was bothering her with my call. First she told me she had a technician, then she comes back to the phone irritated and tells me that she doesn't have a technician until Monday, and that her technicians don't work on weekends or holidays, just regular business hours. So, in turn, the website is not truthful and is not updated.

They want $600 and you have to join some membership and it's an additional $150 give or take a few dollars monthly. They just do plumbing. I just wanted a pipe fixed and O was going to have to pay $600 to get them to come look plus $150? What if what I needed fixed only cost $300? Don't waste your money on them. For $150<> you can get a home warrenty subscription and they don't just do plumbing for double the price. I don't trust this place of business and I didn't use them

I highly recommend Chase Plumbing and their technicians. I had a good experience from my first call to the work done. Fast response, excellent work and a fair price. I would definitely recommend them.

Woke up to my hot water heater leaking and the 24hr plumbing posted on the water heater itself was backed up to the following Friday. Not only was Chase Plumbing able to come out the same day, they took the old non working water heater out and installed a brand new one. SAME DAY!!!

They installed my water heater Nov 2022. They have no customer service at all. This week the water heater stopped working. They could not answer anything I asked about warranty. They showed up after 6pm for a 8-11am appt and left things broken. They were due back “first thing this morning” to finish… it is almost 5 pm… I am still waiting. Common courtesy is say what you are going to do and follow thru. I wanted to support local, but I am very disappointed. Next time I will go with a REAL company that follows through.

We woke up yesterday to realize that our basement was flooded, we called Chase Plumbing, and even though they were extremely busy, they promised to send a plumber as soon as possible. They sent John who very quickly figured out the source of the problem and who very patiently explained it to me in a very simple and understandable way. Everything is OK now and thanks to their prompt response, things didn't get out of hands.

Chase Plumbing did an excellent job fixing our clogged pipes. Late Saturday night we noticed septic backing up into the basement of our office and we gave them a call. They were there within 15mins and solved the issue. They were very professional and took the time to explain everything about why the situation happened and what we can do to prevent it in the future. We will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs.

Chase Plumbing was recommended, and we were not disappointed. John called the day before to come by and examine what would be needed. It was going to be a much more challenging conversion than I had described on the phone so a different day was scheduled. They were punctual, efficient, and very professional; and the final bill matched their estimate. Wouldn't hesitate to use Chase Plumbing again.

I talked to John this morning to give me information about having my sewer main repaired. He was very informative about all the options available to me. His professionalism and sincerity helped me make the decision to have Chase Plumbing complete this huge job. This company should be proud to have an employee, like John as their staff.

We have used Chase Plumbing on multiple occasions over the past 6-7 years -- and have had exceptional service in every case. We've also referred them to various friends and neighbors, and they all say the same thing: John is honest, reliable, and does excellent work. The manager, who runs the office, is a pleasure to work with, as well. Can't recommend them highly enough!
