The two men that helped me were absolutely so helpful and kind. I would use Zoom Drain again whenever possible. My shower wouldn’t turn off because of a broken knob. They replaced my handle and filter, fixing the pressure of my shower! They were very communicative in discussing and issue + process. 10/10 would recommend.

Doug was very honest and very personable. He got our issue taken care of extremely quickly and had us back up and running in no time! After Doug came out, we had a tiny issue with the repair but Zoom sent out Bear to get it knocked out right away. I can not recommend the Zoom team enough! They do an absolutely wonderful job. They are some of the most personable people and they are all so friendly.

I have had a recurring drain issue on the 2nd floor washer drain for years. Numerous plumbers have tried to clear the clog. This time, I Called Zoom DRAIN. Donell showed up within 1 hour and on time. He worked hard, and wouldn't give up. He eventually did what many have not been able to do, he cleared the clog, and also pulled it out. We are very happy! The price was reasonable. Will use them again!

If you need a small company that is professional and ethical, this is your company to call! Douglas Sutterfield came out on a Sunday to clear out my clogged French Drains. Douglas was friendly, professional, courteous and he knew his job! He took care of my issues wonderfully. I would wholeheartedly recommend Douglas to anyone who needs plumbing, sewer drains, or French drain clearing work done around their property. Zoom Drains and Douglas Sutterfield both get five stars from me!!

Well, the one day work turned into four days,...WITH NO HOT WATER!! The rood subcontractor did not show up for the job on Tuesday as scheduled, said he would "try" to come out on Wednesday,... didn't show up,..finally showed up Friday morning to complete the job. This does not make Barry Plumbing look good when they hire substandard contractors. We will not use Barry Plumbing for any future plumbing needs at any of our properties. Sadly, disappointed.

Joe the Plumber was great. They got sent to me on a warranty call, and honestly I haven't had the best experiences with that as a beginning. But both guys the sent out on the job were helpful and communicative, and they solved the problem in the most straightforward way possible. Would definitely use them again of my own choice!

Rudy was amazing! As the last customer on a Sunday evening, I would understand if he was ready to rush and be done for the day. He stayed as long as it took until we were satisfied the job was complete! Great customer service and communication. Highly recommend!!

Issue wasn’t fixed properly, it settled once again about 5 hours later. I payed $300 plus. I called again day after it not being fixed. Apparently there is no warranty with what you pay. This is so so so messed up and out of my control. So for him to even come out again it would be the same amount. I just feel straight robbed. Talked to the receptionist and I just feel totally ripped for my $300. Quit scamming people and not fixing their stuff. Wish this was reliable as people said on Nextdoor. So so so so disappointing.

This was, by far, a terrific experience. The gentleman properly repaired everything that was presented on the first day. On the second visit the following day, he wrapped up the end of our little project with professionalism and courtesy. The price was fair and I would highly recommended him and the company again.

I’ve had my share of plumbing problems running a restaurant, but Joe’s Plumber has been the best experience by far! They handled everything fast, did an amazing job, and were honest and fair — no rip-offs, just great service.

Needed to replace my kitchen faucet so I swapped out the sink at the same time. Marcio was extremely professional and took care at every point of removing and replacing everything.
