Derek and Julian were very honest, helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my many questions. They took their time with me to understand our situation and needs. 5/5 stars – They called to notify me they were on their way and arrived during the time scheduled.They were honest about what we were looking at and helpful with trying to figure out a solution.Their punctuality and reliability made me feel confident the job will get done. So far I would definitely recommend them for any residential plumbing service or emergency plumber needs.

Loyalty Plumbing was great. Thank you to Oscar Gonzalez for the initial evaluation of the gas leak at meter problem. He showed up on time, were honest about the problem, walked me through everything, shared pictures of problems with me and scheduled repair services. A water leak around the water heater was detected during the initial inspection. Thanks to Raul and Sergio who repaired/corrected the problems efficiently and did a walkthrough with me after repairs were completed. I appreciated how reliable and efficient they were, and the whole job was done promptly. Definitely my go‑to plumber near me for any plumbing repair.

Very happy with the service. We had them come out and replace our half bath toilet and vanity. Derrick and Richie were very helpful and answered all my questions. Loyalty is definitely my first point of contact for any of my plumbing needs.
