Called out loyalty today for a leak in our yard at 8 am . It is now 2:30 pm and they have replaced my water main line . I really recommend this company. I have use John Moore and abucus and I have never had a better experience than I had with loyalty plumbing Llc today .

Sixto and William was very polite and Professional, they were very knowledgeable and reassure me they will take care of it. They communicate very well on each step that was taken to take care of the problem thank you for helping me resolve my two month problem.

William and John came out just before the freeze due to a break at the main line entry while trying to winterize. They were very easy to work with. They explained what caused the break and got me back up and running and insulated everything for the freeze quickly.

Had a shower valve malfunction at 7pm , water wouldn’t turn off. William was out here by 8:30pm. Came in fixed the valve, warned me of some other issues but didn’t try to upsell me, just told that I should try to fix it in the next few years. Warned me about some heavy corrosion on the main valve I was using and showed me a secondary valve to the house that was safer and performed the same function. He moved quickly and was finished in under an hour. He wore boot covers, was extremely courteous, said please and thank you, and cleaned his entire working area cleaner than I had it. Price wasn’t too bad for an emergency plumber too at $515. 100% would recommend again, especially if William is doing the work.

Had a old toilet replaced and Mr.Carson and Mr.William did a great and super fast job at it. Along with replacing a pipe valve. Highly recommend Loyalty Plumbing.

Quick, same day service on a Sunday was amazing! William arrived within an hour of calling and was able to quickly identify the problem and fix it within a few hours.

I made a morning appointment with Loyalty Plumbing based on their great Google review rating (4.8 at the time of my research). I was having hot water problems and knew my water heater was ripe for replacement. They may have technically showed up outside of the arrival window, but I did get a call when they were 20 minutes out. They were extremely courteous. They took a look at my heater and confirmed their belief that it needed to be replaced, complete with photos of their concerns. They made recommendations, gave me a couple options, and let me know they could pull off the replacement same day (mind you, it's about noon at this point). Given the arctic freeze that's coming through today, I jumped on it. They 100% got it done. I provided payment up front. Initially two men showed up to get started on the replacement. More showed up, including Aldo, who provided the bid and assessed the situation originally, to ensure everything was up to snuff. They got it done in 2.5 hours. Aldo was kind enough to teach me a few things about my house since I know little of the plumbing as everything was being wrapped up. Everyone was so kind, and I have hot water! I even got recommendations on how best to handle the upcoming freeze. Very positive experience. Aldo and team seemed honest and thorough and charged a reasonable price. I recommend them.

Really terrific service - William is an absolute pro and a really friendly guy. Answered questions, was obviously very competent, and got the job done really fast. 10/10 would recommend.

Patrick and Johnathan were very professional and helpful. Unfortunately they were not able to resolve my issue but, they were able to diagnose the problem and get a repair crew scheduled for the same day. All that can be expected!
