Lance and his assistant came out and did a great job. I was trying to get a repair done - the company that had installed my water softener had drilled several screws into a pipe, which caused it to leak. For many complicated reasons, they were unable to fix it. I called five plumbers in total. This company was the only one to return my call and show up. They gave me an acceptable estimate, was on time every time, worked with my schedule, and had it all fixed up in a couple hours. They also gave me a recommendation for dry wall and advice on how to fix the cracks in the concrete created by the leak. I will use them again if I ever need a plumber. I’ll also recommend them to everyone who might need one. Very professional, very respectful, and great quality work!

This is the second time we got serviced by this wonderful family owned company for our plumbing problems. They are honest, competent, professional, punctual, friendly and accommodating with reasonably rates. We definitely will call on them again for any plumbing issues.

I recently had a tankless water heater installed by Luis Your Plumber LLC. They were professional, explaining each step of the installation process and answering all of my questions. I asked for a quote from Luis Your Plumber LLC and the owner reached right back out to me - Lance scheduled a time to come by and give me a quote for a dual water heater replacement.

Lance was on time and professional - the quote was fair and reasonable so I booked the installation.

They showed up on time and worked very quickly and professional while taking great care not to damage anything.

The installation was done quickly and exceeded my expectations. Would absolutely use again, would absolutely recommend to others.

We have been using this company since 2013 (replaced kitchen -garbage disposal). Just recently, I had Luis Your Plumber re-piped the whole townhome and very pleased with the great works & fair pricing. Lance, Larry, Erik, Sal, and all other crews are very easy to work with from beginning to the end. They are very professional, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. This was great before the owner got too big. Loved their service 10 years ago. The person who has been to my house a few times recently sucks. I will NEVER use them again. Tried to WAY overcharge for RO installation and when he Installed RO system, it leaks (even after multiple visits). Installed garbage disposal, it leaked. Didn't tell us correct stuff to get for gas logs.

Growth is not always good.

*** Edit in response to owner:

1. The "after hours" visit was because your service tech said he lived over here and would be by on his way home.

2. It is NOT a manufacturers defect. Looking up the problem points to improper installation.

3. I didn't "choose" a specific model or "prefer" getting gas logs myself. We were forced into that position by your apprentice's lack of knowledge or desire to offer expertise. I trust experts to suggest what I need. That wasn't handled. You left us to do it ourselves because you couldn't be bothered.

4. What excuse or deflection would you like to use for the garbage disposal or who would you like to blame for the disposal being installed incorrectly? That is something many homeowners do themselves (i would have done that myself if i wasn't in a wheelchair). You would think a trained plumber could handle that task, right?!?!

There are some companies that just try to point the finger at everyone else and won't accept responsibility for ANYTHING. Obviously, you have become one of those companies.

I didn't want to post a negative review. My initial dealings with you 10 years ago were incredible. But after repeated issues, I was left with no choice. If I can help just 1 other person avoid Lance's screwups, then I have done some good here.

Called today and they sent someone out within a couple hours. Erick was extremely helpful, honest, and explained everything well. I really appreciated his hard work and kindness! Prices felt fair as well.

Same day evaluation and installation! Larry showed up in the morning and had a brand new water heater running by early afternoon. The price was reasonable and service was very fast. Highly recommended!

Called Luis Your Plumber after our tankless water heater abruptly stopped working. Lance came out and diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly, as well as helped us with a stuck shower cartridge. This company is quick, reliable, straight forward and very reasonable priced. Will definitely be calling them if (but hopefully not soon) I need a plumber again!

Extremely happy with the service speed, efficiency and communication when they installed our standby generator. We worked with Lance, highly recommend!! No waiting list, he clearly explained the process (which is a lot more involved than you would think) and handled almost everything for us. Once plans/permits were good the whole process was done and the generator was up and ready to go in about 2 weeks. Thank you guys!!

Prompt, excellent customer service! They have helped us with various plumbing issues and we highly recommend.

We purchased a new washer and dryer (with steam) and upon delivery by the company, they were unable to get the water connected to the machines due to some rust and difficulty getting to one of the water valves to turn it off. My father in law referred me to Luis as he had used this company previously on 3 occasions and was happy with their work. Larry came out to our house within about an hour on a Saturday! He changed out the water connection valves to ones that are easier to turn, connected the washer and the steam attachment on the dryer and even connected the electric connections for the dryer. Completely above and beyond to do that and to help us out so quickly on a Saturday! Definitely earned a lifelong customer and highly recommend their services!

Luis and his team took such good care of my family yesterday! They ran into some problems such as the original water heater was installed and then the builder completed the walls making getting the old unit out partially tricky. The team took on the challenge and got the new water heater installed! I’m so thankful for them and the hot water! I will definitely recommend to friends and have their number saved for any future plumbing issues.

I have used Luis Your Plumber for both a water heater and toilet installation. Each experience has been great. They respond promptly and will arrive at your location on time. Lance recently came out to inspect my water heater. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Lance, Jeremy and all the technicians that have come out have all been great. The pricing is fair and they do great work. Highly recommended.

Referred to us by our neighbor when we had a sewer back up. These guys came earlier than they said they would be able to and had it cleared in no time. Service was so good that I had them quote me for an outdoor spigot replacement and auto pool fill baffle replacement. Another great service and on time again!
