Loyalty Plumbing came out the same day we called, which was both a surprise and a lifesaver! Their team, Carson and William, was friendly, professional and efficient, and fixed our problem quickly. We’re very happy with the service we received and will use them again if the need arises.

William was so helpful to us! We had a broken waterline in our yard. Even though it was nearing the end of the day, he didn’t hesitate to start digging up a space in the yard to find and diagnose the problem. He expertly fixed our leaking pipe and completed the project. Thank you!

Can’t say enough nice things about Aldo with Loyalty plumbing, we had a request to move a cut off valve to inside the garage and he was here immediately to go over the project and will have his men here tomorrow morning. Perfect workmanship and customer service, you can’t go wrong with Loyalty Plumbing.

Carson and Julian was actually early for our appointment, and very professional. They were able to find the issue I was having with my toilet in no time! They were very proficient and got the job done properly! They did an Amazing job! Definitely will be using them again if needed!

Had an emergency with a shower valve, Loyalty Plumbing had William there within an hour of my call. He was able to diagnose and cap the issue until a repair could be made the following day. Could not have asked for better, more efficient service than that. Very pleased with the experience.

William came out in short order and while we couldn’t replace everything at the moment, still got us to a safe spot to where we could turn the water back on to the house. He was very professional and polite, as well!

Richie and Stephen did an exceptional job and was able to address the issue swiftly.

Fast and friendly response, however, I would not recommend. They came out for a simple leak in my child’s room and instead of fixing the problem, the tech went into the attic to inspect the rest of the plumbing. He came back down recommending to essentially redo my entire house. I then inquired about the real problem and his response was that he could empty the P trap for $265. He didn’t even attempt to diagnose and fix the leak. His price to replace the pipes under the sink in one bathroom was double the price of three other plumbers for two bathrooms. They definitely took advantage of their $75 service fee with the astronomical pricing I was given. I had another plumber come out the next day to clear the lines in both bathrooms for less than their cost was to empty the p trap in one.

I highly recommend! We called on Wednesday night and they were there the next morning!! They were very personable and fast

William and John were AMAZING. They were able to get me up and running within minutes. They both also have a plethora of knowledge that they shared with me in preparation for the winter storm coming up.

Had plumbing work done on two toilets and could not be happier. Elijah came out first and absolutely crushed it. Professional, friendly, and clearly a man who has seen some things. Then Dalton showed up for the follow-up and that dude is a full blown rockstar. If toilets had groupies, he would need security.
