Amazing. I contacted them Sunday evening because my storm drains were no longer working and my back yard was flooded after tons of rain over the last few weeks. They contacted me back within 15 minutes and scheduled me for 830am the next morning. Well... they just left after clearing out all my storm drains and getting everything taken care of. Super professional. Can't recommend them highly enough.

What a great local woman owned small business. Our clean out drain to our home was clogged which backed up in the sink! It was a mess!! I called Zoom Drain and they were so helpful not only explaining to me but showing me with a live camera the clog and how to resolve my issue. My technician, Doug Sutterfield, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issue immediately gave me a fair price and quickly fixed my problem. Very happy with our first Zoom Drain experience. Our sewer line backed up and flowed into our bathtub. Zoom Drain came out after hours and Joe was great. Not only did he fix the problem, he also explained what caused it and what he did to fix it. We will be calling them with any other needs.
