It was so nice to work with Joe the Plumber. The appointment was very easy to set up, and Mr. Luis Villarreal performed excellent repairs at a very reasonable price - much lower than I expected to pay. An outstanding and very professional company, which I will certainly call for any future needs.

I have used them five or six times for various repairs and upgrades to my house. They are amazing. The plumbers are super nice and responsive. The lady that answered the phone is awesome. They might go to plumber. I recommend them to everybody I know.

Black Friday— I woke up to water dripping from ceiling. Soon determined it was my water heaters. I called First American home warranty. After numerous attempts to get through, I was told for emergencies I would get a call within 24 hours but could be up to 48 hours before someone could get out. I called Joe the Plumber instead. Richard came out right away. Replaced both water heaters (one had split), and a few hours later it was done. Richard was great!

Great and quick service on a late night call during the freeze. I had an outdoor shower leaking that’s caused some trouble in the past. They immediately contacted me for details and came out with the parts to complete the job. I had called a few other companies that could not service until the morning.

I’ve used Joe the Plumber several times and had a great experience each time. They’re fast, very professional, fair and reasonably priced. I will continue using them and would definitely recommend others to do so.

We had a recurring leak spring up again right around Christmas in the line in to the house from the curb. Joe the Plumber was able to send someone out the next day to check it out and give an estimate.
Due to tree root growth, the recommendation was to replace the buried line with a new PEX line that would not be as easily damaged by future growth. The cost was high and the job took into the night, but they got it done and spared us an extended outage by getting all the digging and new pipe set up done before cutting the water.
All in all, I'm happy with the experience and would rehire and recommend Joe the Plumber.

Terrible experience. I arranged (on a Monday) for a next day service in the morning. Next morning (Tuesday) I get a call that the tech had to push until the afternoon.

After waiting all day (until 5:00pm) I call them only to find that they would only be available on Friday.

Poor communication and clearly not respectful of my time. I will be looking elsewhere.

First of all, the people on the phone are just as courteous and helpful as the plumber who came to my house!
I called the morning of Christmas Eve with my issue and they guided me on how to get through Christmas and then showed up first thing the day after! (even beating the local water district people!).
The plumber gave me great and honest opinions on how to take my next steps So I was able to go visit my family For at least part of Christmas! I came back a few days later, same guy came back and fixed my original problem and more! Will definitely be using them again for future needs!

When I called the company to schedule an appointment, Leo was the guy who scheduled the appointment for me and he was very nice.
On the scheduled day Mr. Scott was the person who came to the house and he is so very nice and helpful. He fixed our water heater and did a great job. Then my mother asked if he can install a new faucet for the kitchen because ours was leaking bad and he did a great job too. I don’t normally write reviews unless if I’m happy with the work and I can tell you right now if anyone wants something done the right way please ask for Scott from Cypress because he is the one we will always ask for for any kind of plumbing work and you should too. Scott is very reliable and honest and does the work right.

Highly recommend! I needed someone ASAP to address a gas issue with my mom’s stove. Their office and scheduling service was so kind and prompt. Mr. Inmar who came out went above and beyond to take care of my mom. He was very professional and caring. She happened to have a major leak with her garbage disposal that he also addressed as well as checking exterior pipes she had concerns with. I truly cannot thank Mr Inmar enough so such genuine service.

This was our experience with Joe the Plumber, and it happened during a plumbing emergency over a holiday weekend. While there was an unexpected delay the first day, the entire experience was completely turned around thanks to Luis, whose family runs the business.

Luis personally called us, promised to be there first thing the next morning and showed up right at 8 am on Sunday. He was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly thorough. He cleared the clog quickly and took the time to explain what caused the issue and how to prevent it in the future.

His reliability and genuine care for his work and customers truly stood out. We will absolutely use Joe the Plumber again and highly recommend them.

Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. While we were able to get the leak stopped, we decided it was time to replace the old tank system with a tankless. I sent out a request for estimates via the internet. Joe The Plumber was the first to respond and the only one to respond by Sunday. After all bids were in, theirs was not only financially competitive, they included more and even recycled the old units donating proceeds to a charity! On install day, we told them we had a tight schedule due to som other commitments. They met our schedule, did a professional install, and left the area immaculate. Great work, timely response, and great customer service.

We recently had Justin from Joe the Plumber out to look at a problematic toilet, and wow—what a great experience! He quickly diagnosed the issue and informed us that our toilet is actually 23 years old (who knew?!). No upselling or pressure—just honest, straightforward info that helped us understand the situation.
Justin was incredibly kind, super informative (he explained everything clearly without any jargon overload), and got the job done quickly and efficiently. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole process stress-free.

Absolute nightmare.
I was originally told that the water heater that I purchased from them needed to be replaced because the TRD tripped that was caused by over pressure.
I was then informed that I needed to contact Rheem myself. Rheem immediately told me it was due to the gas pressure must be wrong and that I needed to contact my gas company and have them check it. They did and everything was correct.
Then I was told that the TRD needed replacement but no one knew why it tripped. A new TRD was sent to my house five days later and was installed the next day. It also tripped that night. During all of this time no one was returning my calls when from Joe the Plumber when they said they would and there was no since of regency on there behalf.
Finally on day eight, this contractor agreed that the water heater was bad and they would bring a new one. I had already paid for repairs but they said I needed to pay an additional $600 dollars on top of what I already paid for them to install the new one.
All totaled my family was without hot water for nine days in the middle of January. This water heater was still under warranty but I got no help with Rheem until the contractor started talking to them but again, no sense of urgency on anyone’s behalf.
I ultimately had to get a different contractor to install a new water heater which cost me $2,300 but it was installed within two hours.
I would never recommend Joe the Plumber due to extremely poor Customer service.
I did try to talk to the owner of the company but was told by the person I was forced to deal with ( Josh) that he was in charge and only he could handle these issues for the owner.
All of this was completely unnecessary and should have never happened.

We were so amazed that Luis with Joe the Plumber came to our rescue during the winter ice storm. He arrived shortly after we called and our outside sink faucet burst was resolved in minutes.

Both thumbs up for Joe the Plumber! What had been a persistent, small, undetermined leak in my front yard, overnight evolved into a massive flow of water similar to that of a garden hose opened up to full force. This was January 21, 2026 with expected freeze warnings coming in just days.
Upon recommendation from a co-worker, I called Joe the Plumber at the end of the school day. Luis met me at my house (arriving prior to my getting home from school) ready to diagnose the issue. Besides normal concern, there was the added stress of these large amounts of water freezing in the street due to the impending freeze warnings.
Luis greeted me kindly with a handshake, introducing himself. He proceeded to turn off the water and started to search for the source of the water leak with his shovel. As darkness approached, he assured me that he would return first thing in the morning. Luis told me not to worry, that it would be resolved in the morning. AND IT WAS!
I could not ask for faster response in resolving this issue. Luis was polite, respectful, and highly knowledgeable in explaining the extent of the problem.He patiently outlined possible options to proceed with the repair. I felt like I was talking to a family member throughout the entire repair experience.For something that I would have initially described as a personal traumatic experience, I now feel like I have a secure honest business to call/ recommend in times of need.

We have had more plumbing work done in the past month than I hope I never need again. Frozen pipes, busted pipe under the building, collapsed pipe, and sewage back up. Oh my goodness it has been no fun but Joe the Plumber came to the rescue! Everyone was so nice, intelligent and capable. I got multiple bids and their price was considerably less, with more services. Once the other plumbers knew insurance was going to be involved the price was inflated. Luis Villarreal is a stand up professional and we will use him for all our plumbing needs.

Mr. Jimmy worked to identify our ceiling water leak. He found it was coming from the upstairs toilet. He fixed our issue and we are happy with the results. Service was great. We were called about the estimated time of arrival. He arrived in the time he said he would. Repairs were preformed efficiently and with quality. Mr Jimmy was respectful of our home and always communicated what was going on. Thank you.

From the moment I called them to inquire about a service I needed to the final repair, I had an amazing experience.

I called at 5:30pm in a Friday, they answered the phone and were able schedule the visit for next day without treating it as an emergency (which is very quick if you ask me).

So, they said they will be at home at 1pm, but they called me earlier and asked me if they could get a couple hours before… great!

Then Inmar came, an extremely nice a professional guy. He did a great job advising, recommending, and replacing the part (main water valve for the house). It was a quick and clean job. Thank you Inmar!
