Had a scheduled appointment with Oraine from Roto Rooter and he was fantastic! No issues with scheduling and he arrived during the window with constant updates. He was able to diagnose the issue within a few minutes and had everything fixed in about 30 minutes. Couldn't ask for better service!

Oraine was insightful, professional, and listened to the issues that we were having and gave us his expert opinion on how he was going to handle the situation with out permission. He quickly went to work and within minutes his diagnosis was the issue and his was able to resolve our issue with no further problems. He explained his procedures and gave us preventative measures and other plumbing recommendations (explained company warranty policies) and then cleaned his work area. Oraine was great.

Justin arrived on time was very professional and provided up front pricing. He was able to take care of my sons clogged bathroom sink.

Technician was very knowledgeable and able to clear the clog we had between the sink and the washer. Went through all follow up steps to make sure everything was working smoothly, cleaned up after they were done and made a very good impression.

Friendly service man. Professional service. Fixed our sewer blockage that had caused a smelly back-up in the bathroom. Took his time to make sure water was flowing completely from bathrooms, through pipes, into septic chambers, and sprinklers were triggered.

Josh was incredible. We experienced a problem with the water system in our sink on Sunday morning. He came by shortly after our request, found the issue and fixed it. Very professional and helpful.

We had a great experience. The technician, Kevin, arrived during the 3 hour window, and the office informed us 30 minutes before he arrived. He listened carefully to the issues and then spent several hours figuring out the root cause and fixing the problem. Kevin was very professional, friendly, and polite.

Mark did a great job Communicating with me after the slab leak, he had people out very shortly after we got the thumbs up from our insurance adjuster to get started with removing the damaged molding and drywall, setting up the blowers and dehumidifiers and the drainage hoses. Always very prompt to respond to emails. Techs came out very regularly to monitor the progress and to adjust fans as needed, checking our thermostat, etc. always very prompt responding Whenever I needed to communicate with him.

Felipe was an extremely professional technician! He went above and beyond and met each obstacle with determination, experience and positivity until the job was done! It was a pleasure to work with him in figuring out the clog and coming up with a practical solution. If you need a hydro-jet, ask for Felipe; you won’t be disappointed!

Had sudden drainage issues in sinks and tubs and shower floor rising quickly. Very quick to respond and was able to get dispatch confirm and technician onsite within hours on a holiday long weekend. Our technician Curtis was thorough, polite and patiently explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and his findings after it was done. A+ service! Would use them again.

A few days before Thanksgiving and you’re hosting the family what can go wrong? Well your toilets and showers could back up. Thank goodness we were able to get Roto to come to the rescue. Steven was so nice and he worked fast. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Called them late afternoon on a Friday, phone attendant was pleasent and assured me that someone would be out in a few hours. Kevin the plumber was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue right away and made me feel confident that the problem would be resolved. I would definitely recommend them as well as use them again in the future.

Stevon was extremely kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. He found the clog and snaked my main drain line quickly and fixed my issue within 20 minutes after arriving! Pricing is fair. I will definitely be using them again, when I need them. People say to run from conglomerate plumbers and go with family owned businesses, but my service today proved that wrong. I had a better experience with this team than I have had with any plumber before!
