Lance installed our new bathroom faucet in our master bathroom. His work was great! He was professional and explained things he was doing. I would recommend him and the company anytime someone needs plumbing work!

This company provides five star service. I was having issues with my water heater and the previous plumber I called could not figure out the issue. I gave Luis Your Plumber a call and they came out within a day. They diagnosed my issue quickly and had the repair completed the next day. They cleaned up all spilled water and explained everything they did in a way a non-plumber like me could understand. Additionally, they arrived earlier than expected for both appointments, which was a plus. I highly recommend Luis Your Plumber for all plumbing needs. Thank you for getting my water heater running smoothly.

Came home one evening to a water heater busted, couldn’t get it operational. Called them the next morning, found out it was just more cost effective in the long run to get a new one, rather than replace the parts wrong on this one.
They came out later that same day and installed it in 2.5 hours, albeit mines in the garage so there wasn’t an attic to deal with probably saved them time. New parts for the gas lines and other lines, cleaned up the pipes up top and all around, just did a detailed job. Even gave it a bit of a spit shine afterwards.
Installed beautifully, checked everything out and stayed a good bit after to be sure it was functioning properly, got to appreciate that. Thank you for being so responsive

Lance and his guy were excellent. The job was to install a springwell system i had purchased. They came next day for a quote and did a great job on the install. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. Very polite and accomodating. Highly recommend using them.

Larry was a great representative for Luis Your Plumber LLC. He came on time, inspected my water heater and gently delivered the bad news... it was beyond repair. However, he quoted me a good price on a new one. Later, he came and installed a new more efficient water heater. He was very professional and personable. The job was expertly done. This company came highly recommended, so I tried to reach out to them for help with a plumbing need. I sent two emails, left 3 messages and filled out an online form. No response. If they are too busy to take on a new client, no problem. However, have the decency to get back to people. One star for horrible customer service.

I was recommended Luis Your Plumber by my roofing company to repair an active leak that was found during a roof inspection. While I appreciated the recommendation, I decided to use my home warranty company to try and save some money. After I was told it would take 24-48 hours to schedule an appointment I reached out to Luis to see if he could come any earlier. Luis said his team could be out that same afternoon. Erick and Larry came out, assessed the issue and repaired the leak within a couple of hours. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them!

Sal was great to work with! I got service on the same day I called. I had to order a new bathtub faucet and he came the next day to install it when it got here. He also worked with me on the price. As a sales person myself, I appreciate the customer service!

Luis Plumbing is a company I will call again when needed. They seamlessly worked around my schedule to ensure a smooth transaction. Eric arrived on time and was very friendly. Even better, he was extremely knowledgeable regarding my specific needs. We talked about options to remedy my leak (which was inside an external wall) and together we made the decision on how to proceed. A few hours later he was done and the leak was no more. And the price might have been the best part, I was expecting thousands to repair, it wasn't! He finished the job above and beyond my expectations and upon his departure you could hardly tell there had ever been any damage at all.
