Stay away from these crooks and I wish I could leave them 0 stars.
They tried to rip me off by making me pay for things that my water heater didn’t need asking over $600 to extend a vent?? Called 2 other pluming companies, they never charged me to come out like these crooks did and one of them replaced my water heater with a much bigger tank for $450 less and no need to extent my vent for over $600…

The first picture video is before they came. This second picture is when I got home from work after they have left I had them come to my house through American home shield three times and each time they said the problem with sick except the last time the very last time they told my son That it is not a service they offer to fix the problem and later found out they do offer it. It’s just an expensive option that American home shoes did not want to cover. They did not give me the choice to pay out-of-pocket to prevent all the wood in my cabinet from going bad. No one called me to let me know what my options were and now I am left trying to find an emergency plumber. I would have hired them out of my own pocket to do the work correctly and not leave it. I did not think this was professional nor did I expect a company with this reputation to not care I called as a separate client to their company and service. They said they did not offer to my son in fact is offered by them long story short my house is flooded and I’m very disappointed.

Highly recommend this company! They were prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They fixed the problem quickly, and, took the time to answer the questions that we had. I would definitely use them again!

Ronald was extremely courteous and explained what he was doing in detail. He was very professional and I will not hesitate to request his services again.

The plumber from Lindsay Company Plumbing was very professional and fast. He finished fixing my plumbing problem in no time. I would recommend him to anyone 100%.

I had a plumbing issue on Christmas Eve and Lindsay was there to fix the problem even on a Holiday. Our tech Wyatt was totally awesome and worked diligently to get the issue fixed. Definitely recommend Lindsay and would use again if the need arises.

My repairman, Virgillio, was on time for the appointment. He was very professional and knowledgeable regarding my kitchen disposal proble. He repaired it while on this call. Thank You!! This was a warranty repair so no actual money was paid for this repair.

Awful experience. The lady over the phone was more professional and mature than the plumber who visited my place.
The plumber was not english speaker and use technical words but roles his eyes when I tried to confirmed if I understood his comments! He was angry from the moment he entered my place, rushed inside and made assumptions along the way (before checking).

They didn't do the work they had come for!

The company refund the service fee. Just avoid this guys in the picture, specially if you are a woman!

American Home Shield assigned The Lindsay Company Plumbing to assess and repair a tub faucet leak. The technician came out, didn't even take the back panel off to see where the water was coming from. Instead, he removed the back flow plate and saw rust and put the plate back on and sent me an estimate to replace the bath tub for $2,000. This is the most outrageous, unprofessional service job I've ever seen. It's like taking the car in for an oil change and they recommend a new motor or transmission! The Lindsay does not even deserve to be paid for their trip charge or service fee, yet American Home Shield cannot refund the $125 I paid for the service fee. I'm unable to give them (0) Zero Stars for The Lindsay Company Plumbing. I do not ever want to see them in my home ever again. I highly recommend you not hire these people because they're like an insurance adjuster working in favor of the insurance company to reject, deny or save the insurance company money!!!!

Andrew did an amazing job repairing my toilet seal and left it in better condition than when he arrived. His attention to detail and cleaning up as he went along impressed me. He even indulged this retired teacher by answering my questions as he worked. I'm always curious to learn new things about how items work.

The Lindsay Co. is AMAZING!! Their guys are polite, professional & EXTREMELY efficient! We couldn’t believe how quickly they fixed our garbage disposal issue. Literally… Five minutes! FIVE!

Scheduled quickly, arrived on time, addressed all my issues effectively and efficiently! Andrew was very nice and explained everything!

Technician texted 30 minutes before arrival. Once he arrived he began working quickly, fixed the original problem and discovered an issue I was not aware of. He took the time to diagnose and fix the unknown issue. This was my first time using this company, BUT I will always ask for them when it comes to anything plumbing related!!

2 stars, so it’s only fair to start with the good. The 3 gentlemen were very respectful of my home, cleaned up after themselves, did great work and worked fast.
The bad - had my water heater replaced with a warranty company which was a covered item along with labor, I was responsible for any line modifications / add ones. A normal thing with warranty companies, first off I was told a structural beam needed to be removed and had to hire someone on my own before they can begin work, before doing so I had 2 other plumbing companies for quotes and ask if beam would need to be removed cause I was told by someone else it needed to be removed. Both companies said no need to remove it and pretty much told me to be sure and hire someone that is licensed and with experience. I told them the company that wants me to remove it is a licensed plumbing company, they was surprised cause it’s a common thing they deal with in Houston.
When notified by my warranty company my part was $1,900 for modifications, I was blown away and warranty company had no idea why. I had to contact The Linday Co to ask why and was given a very generic description and cost which included $500 for decking floor install which we was not told about in the initial visit. Was only told about the structural beam. When asking my warranty company about having a 2nd option it was denied. I had no choice but to continue with service. after work was complete I received my receipt and was shocked to see for as much money I spent I received no itemized receipt showing cost for parts and labor or even model of the water heater. Was concerned if something was to happen and needs covered under warranty first thing they COULD SAY show me yuur receipt showing model number or serial number to prove it’s our unit. When I asked for a more detailed receipt, I got a pic of a tag on the water heater and one total price for everything and a generic breakdown of cost bit still no part cost, cost of water heater nor cost of labor. I stated I had never seen that before, I was converted maybe they wasn’t licensed, but indeed she confirmed they are licensed and have been for 40 years. I have had general handyman give me much more detailed receipts than that, but never from a respected license company. She also stated that a a flat rate company. Now I have my own theory why a company wouid choose to hide cost from their customers, I could be out of line, but when choosing my own company I’d like to know exactly where my money is going so I’m free to shop around and compare prices.

Andrew was outstanding. He took the time to clearly explain the issue and handled everything efficiently. I would highly recommend him for any service.

I called American Home Shield, and they recommended Lindsay Plumbing. I was a little nervous at first, but they turned out to be the best! They scheduled my appointment between 11 AM and 3 PM, and the technician called me at 10:25 AM—he arrived right at 10:40 AM. He was on time, clean, polite, and very professional. I was really impressed with his work and attitude. I highly recommend Lindsay Plumbing!
