Stay away from this plumber. They installed 2 hot water heaters in our brand new home. 1 unit repeatedly had issues with the pilot staying lit so several parts were replaced over the course of about 3 years. Now the thermostat is bad on the unit and Saye is refusing to service the unit even though it still has a parts warranty. instead of rebuilding this unit one piece at a time they should have replaced it several service calls ago. Instead they are screwing the home owner. If zero stars was an option they would be getting zero. 1 star is too many for this company.

This company came out to check our plumbing in our restroom via a warranty call from our builder. The gentleman I spoke to (didn't catch his name) was honest and thorough with explaining the details of the concern we had.

I have a new construction home and they installed my tankless water heater incorrectly. When I called my builder to have it checked their “professional” tech came and took a Quick Look and said nothing was wrong with it. Im going with another plumbing /Hvac company and sending the bill to my builder. DO NOT GO WITH SAYE PLUMBING.

I could hear a sound in the attic when running hot water. Ruben Mesa came and figured it out like a pro. It was just two pipes hitting each other and he took care of it. Such a professional and nice person. I’m sure his boss is so proud to have him in the company. I was worried and now I am not and that means a lot.

I called this morning to schedule an appointment, the person answering the phones was not friendly, but it was early and I'm sure she was busy with calls so I overlooked it. My appt was scheduled for a 1-3pm window and a technician was supposed to call me. At 2:50pm I had not heard from them so I called. She told me that she would check and call me right back. At 3:30pm I called again and started to tell the person answering that my technician didn't show and the guy hung up on me. I called back AGAIN and this time a different guy answered and at least took my call. He said that they had no technicians in my area today and I would need to reschedule. He had no reasoning for them scheduling me in the first place, why she didn't tell me this when I called or why she didn't call me back. I told him not to bother rescheduling. Absolutely horrible.

I called because I have an issue with my tankless hotwater heater. I have centerpoint energy here to turn off gas due to a leak. When I called to hopefully have a consultation with one of their plumbers, the woman on the line only stated they were very busy and could not schedule an appointment today. I asked if I could speak to a plumber to disucss the issue and she hung up. Poor customer service and just extremely rude. If this is any way indicative of how they handle their customers, I would think twice before using them. The woman I spoke with was answering calls on 10/11/21 around 1230, if they want to address the issue directly with their employee.

Fast and professional! My tankless water heater had a pressure issue, and they fixed it quickly. However, I had to follow up a few times to confirm my appointment , I used PGS Plumbing Cypress again .

After almost being hit from behind and cut off, I’d like to come here to say - Their trucks cut off people, use their brights to flash people and tailgate people going OVER the speed limit in the total darkness on a rural and dangerous road with wildlife constantly crossing the road. Road rage in a company car is so unprofessional. I’d never call them. No wonder they’ve got a 2 star rating- reflects company standards from the second they sit in a car for the day. It’s 5:45 in the morning, pal. Hold your horses and represent your company as a professional.
