After calling a number of plumbing companies without success, you took the time to walk me through how to shut off the main valve. You then came after your scheduled clients to replace the old hot water tank, and vacuumed the residual water. You didn't jack up the ptrice because it was after hours. JC Roman excavated our blocked sewer connection pipe after sewage backed up through our clean-out...yuck! They were extremely prompt, very communicative (even sending pictures and videos when we couldn’t be there on site,) and thorough. They were able to use their own equipment (compressor and pipe fittings) to unblock and repair the issue, then followed by back-filling our dug up side yard and laying straw. Big thanks to Elbert and Colby for our properly working sewer!
