The Lindsay Company that serviced our water issue on one of our bathroom's hot & water capability was addressed very professionally, patiently & diligently by one of their plumbing professional - Mr. Ronaldo P.

He gave me preventive maintenance advise so as to avoid any untoward incidents to happen in the near future, like having a whole house water filtration system to avoid hard water issue to be affected in our household appliances and fixtures.

I had plumbing issues with my kitchen sink and my master bedroom bathroom tub/shower. The fellows were very polite and professional. They explained and showed me in detail what was wrong. They fixed my plumbing issues quickly.

Ronald visited my home as part of an AHS service call. Ronald was professional, Respectful, and knew exactly what he needed to do to fix the leak in the garbage disposal. AHS covered the replacement and Ronald’s service was excellent. He speaks well and is able to explain things rather than just doing them. My home warranty sent The Lindsay company out for an issue with the toilet running two weeks ago. He fixed the toilet, or so I thought. The toilet started leaking over the weekend, which wasn't an issue prior to their previous work being done so I put in another ticket. Their plumbers came back out today and were. here for 50 minutes and charged $675 for extending the pipe, putting on a new flange and wax ring. Way overpriced for less than an hour of work that he didn't even explain why the home warranty wasn't covering. I wish I would have said no and looked around.

I would to thank the Lindsay Plumbing Company, for a job well done. Ronald the plumber was dispatched to my home to repair a leaky toilet. Ronald was very professional and great skills. Ronald replaced a broken valve inside the tank, and adjusted the water valve at the bottom of the toilet. Job well done.

I had a garage leak covered under my home warranty, and the work order was assigned to Lindsay Plumbing. If their initial repair had fixed the issue properly without causing more damage, this could have been a positive review. However, what followed was an absolute nightmare.

The plumber performed the repair on 12/19/24, but on 12/26/24 at around 1:30 PM, the pipe burst at the exact connection where the plumber had worked. My garage was flooded with intense water pressure, and I called the plumber in a complete panic. His response? “Shut off the main valve, I can come tomorrow morning.” I explained that I had six people in the house, plus family over for Christmas, and that leaving the entire house without water for 10+ hours was not an option. His response remained unchanged.

I called Lindsay Plumbing directly, hoping for a better solution, but they simply told me no one was available in my area, and I had to wait. I asked if I could buy the tools and fix it myself, and they said I could submit receipts for reimbursement. My husband and I rushed to a plumbing store, only to find out that the crimping machine needed for the repair costs $3,500—clearly not something I could get reimbursed. Thankfully, the store helped me find a local plumber who arrived in 15 minutes, fixed the issue, and charged $350.

The next day, when Lindsay’s plumber finally arrived, he was visibly annoyed that I had hired someone else. Instead of taking accountability, he said it “made him look bad”, refused to do any further work, and left without resolving anything.

To make matters worse, Lindsay Plumbing completely ignored my follow-ups. I called multiple times over several days, only to be told “the manager is not in today”—three times. The front desk never provided a reliable time to call or assured me that someone would get back to me. My emails were ignored, despite the fact that they had received them—because they referenced the pictures and videos I had sent of the burst pipe.

Finally, in the first week of January, the manager came to inspect the situation but acted as if it was no big deal. Instead of apologizing, he initially tried to make me pay half of the $350 repair fee for the emergency plumber I had to call. After going back and forth, he eventually agreed to reimburse me—but here we are, three weeks later, and I have received nothing.

At this point, it’s not even about the $350—it’s about the complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. I trusted Lindsay Plumbing because of their high ratings, but my experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service.
