I can’t say enough great things about the entire BH Pools team — Bailey, Travis, and Jerry!

From the start, Bailey made the sales process smooth and straightforward. He was honest, patient, and incredibly helpful in guiding me through options and making sure I got exactly what I wanted.

During construction, Travis was an outstanding project manager. He kept everything organized and on schedule, communicated clearly at every stage, and always took the time to walk me through what was happening. His attention to detail and commitment to doing things right made the whole build experience stress-free.

And once the pool was complete, Jerry stepped in and took everything to the next level. He is incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through every detail to make sure the entire system was fully optimized. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and didn’t leave until the setup was perfect.

Thanks to Bailey, Travis, and Jerry, my pool-building experience was fantastic from start to finish — highly recommend the entire BH Pools team!

Genuinely surprised how smooth my process was. From beginning to end, Jordan, Jerald, Brad were all great. Jordan was very patient with pool design and followed up throughout the project. Brad was very organized. Everything happened when he said it would. Jerald is phenomenal at teaching pool school. The way that he broke down pool maintenance and his assurance that he would continue to guide me gave me the confidence to try out maintaining the pool myself instead of hiring a pool company. Very satisfied. The project was completed quickly and no surprise fees.

Our pool has been completed about two months and after finally cooling off we got to use our spa and it was fantastic. The next day however the heater decided to stop working. A quick call to our guy Jerry who after trying to resolve the issue over the phone with no success, he was quickly at the house and he got it up and working again. The type of service we have been given by Blue Haven Pools and their group of experts is truly exceptional!
Jerry got it working and we heated the pool that day and swam all weekend in a very nice warm Blue Haven Pool! Jimmy our project manager has been very quick to answer our questions as well and has stopped by as well to show us things we haven’t understood as new pool owners! Every new pool owner needs a Jimmy and a Jerry to make the experience of owning a new pool magical and not stressful!

Twenty years before I had a Blue Haven pool. It held up so well that I decided to utilize them for my new home. The project management by Travis Gwin could only be described as exceptional. From assisting with the design and tile suggestions to managing his team, I felt valued and heard. Travis paid attention to every detail and went above and beyond, what I’m sure his role description is. The entire Blue Haven team was friendly, professional and eager to do a good job…and it shows in the quality. I’ve already recommended Travis and Blue Haven to three of my friends!

My pool build with blue haven pools went extremely smoothly. I could not be more happy with the experience and love the final outcome. I was a little nervous in the beginning probably because this is my biggest personal construction project I have ever worked on. Once i met up with the project manager cody I definitely knew i was in good hands. He is very professional and thorough. Always answered the phone or called back promptly when i had a question which I appreciate alot! I was blown away with how fast some of the crafts were able to get in and out of there to complete their job and the work they did was excellent. This is my first pool and was pretty much clueless with how to maintain the equipment and pool chemistry. Jerry came out and did a pool school which was very detailed and broken down. He made it easy for me to understand. He was very knowledgeable and super nice guy. After the pool completion both jerry and cody made it clear they would be available to help with any questions i would have and they definitely have. Blue haven was a good experience for me and i am super happy!

Working with Blue Haven Pools & Spas was a great experience for me. From the design process for my pool and spa with Matt S, to the ease and speed of construction with foreman Cody, and ‘Pool School’ with Jerry was and continues to be a great experience. I’m very happy with how well everything went overall and how the pool turned out. Really beautiful and I’m excited for the first pool party!

I had originally seen some Facebook ads for pools and decided to get a couple of quotes. I met with Phil who did such a great job of building the pool with me, customizing everything to exactly what I wanted and gave me a fair price without trying to sell me anything or anything that wasn’t needed.
Next I worked with Jimmy who had my pool built in 5 weeks which was incredible since some of that time was Thanksgiving/Christmas/ new years holidays. He thoroughly explained the process and told me each step and what to expect. Clear communication throughout the entire time. Everything went smooth and ended up perfect exactly how I wanted it. Can’t forget Reyna who coordinated everything and was helpful at the office. Finally I met with Jerry who gave me the pool school and training I needed to maintain my pool. I went into the meeting thinking it was going to be daunting but he made everything a piece of cake. Pretty much 90 percent of everything can be done on an easy app on your phone.
I would recommend them to anyone. They didn’t disappoint at all.

Excellent Experience with Blue Haven Pools!
We recently completed our new pool with Blue Haven Pools and couldn't be happier with the entire process and the final result. The entire project was incredibly smooth, largely thanks to their excellent team.
From the start, our salesperson, Roberto, was outstanding. His communication about what to expect and what would happen at each stage was clear, detailed, and completely accurate. He set realistic expectations and made the initial planning phase stress-free.
Once construction began, our Construction Manager, Jimmy, took over and was equally impressive. Jimmy was extremely responsive to all of our communications, and he made sure to explain every detail of the construction process. We always knew what was happening and why.
And when it came time for our pool school, Jerry was absolutely fantastic. He was so thorough and detailed, making sure we didn’t miss anything important but never overwhelming us with too much information at once. There’s a lot to learn as new pool owners, but Jerry made sure we felt fully prepared and confident. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person to teach us.
Best of all, the project was finished in a great, timely manner just three weeks, exactly as promised! The quality of the work is excellent, and we are thrilled with our new pool.

We are so happy with the end result of our pool. We signed the contact on 11/1 and we have full pool on 12/30. Every trade was professional and did great work. They picked up everything and were very nice. While communication at times was lacking, we got through it. The final pool is beautiful. We had pool school with Jerry today. So much we did not know. Jerry was great at explaining everything in a way we understood.

Shout out to Bailey and Travis . Bailey walked us through the process of buying design designing picking out all of our options for a pool. He did a great job of giving us all the details that we needed to have. He was very responsive and answered any questions that came up.
Travis was the PM on the job. Travis was assigned to our pool in the middle of the process and introduced himself and did a great job with communication. We had a small issue where a neighbor’s sprinkler system was broken. The neighbors were kind enough to allow us to access our backyard by going over a portion of their front yard. This is how the pipes got broken. Travis stepped up to the bar and came over and fix the pipes. Thank you very much to Travis for resolving this problem. We appreciate it more than you know.

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish with Blue Haven Pools! From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, every step of the process was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care.

Our designer Dustin was incredible—creative, knowledgeable, and truly listened to our ideas. He helped bring our vision to life while offering suggestions that elevated the final design beyond what we imagined.

Our project manager Jimmy was equally fantastic. Communication was consistent and clear, and he kept everything on schedule despite weather delays. Any concerns were addressed promptly and thoroughly, and we always felt like we were in great hands. He finished our pool in less than 6 weeks from the day they started digging!

This was our first pool building experience. It was quite nerve racking jumping in to a big home project like this. Blue Haven was fantastic from the very beginning.

Jerry, our startup guy, is excellent. He of course taught us the ends and outs of starting up and maintaining a healthy pool and hardware. He made Pool School so fun and interesting, that my 12 year old daughter joined in and enjoyed every minute! He reminded me that they have a 14 week schedule, but that he was going to try and expedite and get this done before Christmas

I have to say I’ve never been more impressed with every person and group that showed up at my home. They knew exactly what they were doing. Everyone was professional treated us with courtesy. Answered questions we had.

I was always nervous and concerned, and there was always Cody walking me through it patiently answering my calls and text day and night

Cody would tell me day after day what he was working on having happen that he was doing his best and day after day he took care of business like a champ

Water was in the pool and he knew I wanted to get the pool going

He said Mr. TANSEY they’re good service companies out there, but you’re gonna know how to run your own pool to make sure it’s done right

He took me step-by-step labeled by label through the equipment through the operation and then simplified everything to an app on my phone

He gave me written instructions step-by-step what to do day by day

Set up all my schedules

Then the following day here on Christmas Eve, he is answered all my text questions and troubleshot one issue that was a really simple no-Brainer

I couldn’t be happier with this whole process Matt, Cody and Jerry are all A+ players for a great company

Jerry was amazing! We could immediately tell that he is passionate about what he does. We did pool school a week ago and he’s still answering all of our questions. As a first time pool owner, we appreciate all the time he has given us and he hasn’t made me feel like a nuisance!

Roberto the guy ones sold the pool was puntual and he make a good deal to us , he work to design the pool to our choice , he always try to copearte to make changes and adds on our pool,we glad to know he speaks our lenguaje that way we fill confortable .

Then Jymmi the construcción manager was very responsable and always on time , he always clear to respond all my questions and even after the pool is done he respond my messages when I have more and more questions about the pool an how work with it properly ,always clear and direct with good mode . He make the pool project complete super fast , and he was patient with me when I make some changes on the pool.

First time building a pool and we had generally a very good experience with Blue Haven. We got multiple quotes and Blue Haven was the most competitive. The salesman Bailey was very helpful in explaining the options in a realistic and actually informative way, guiding us through the permitting process and generally being very responsive throughout.

The project manager Jody was great as well. He was present in all the major stages of the build and super easy to work with and knowledgeable. The process was very smooth overall and when an issue did appear, he addressed it and got it resolved right away.

Jerry was also good getting the pool equipment started and explaining all the hardware and the process of maintaining the pool.
Pool looks great just like in the image rendering. I would highly recommend Blue Haven Cypress office.
