From the very beginning, Jimmy felt more like a friend than just a project manager. I’ll admit—I was a very difficult customer! But Jimmy listened carefully to everything I liked and disliked, offered thoughtful suggestions, and went above and beyond to accommodate my (sometimes over-the-top) attention to detail.

His professionalism, responsiveness, and patience truly stood out. Every step of the process, Jimmy made sure I felt confident and informed, helping me navigate every bump in the road as a new pool owner.

I couldn’t be more impressed with Blue Haven Pools & Spas as a company, and I highly, highly recommend working with Jimmy if you want the job done right — and done with care.

My experience with Blue Haven was amazing from design to finished project! From dig to fill was 8 weeks and one day! This project was somewhat complex due to the backyard slope, other contractors involved outside of Blue Haven but turn out great! Bailey Woods helped with put my thoughts to paper and Travis Gwin built it. Every contractor in each phase was amazing. I couldnt be happier with the way it turned out. Thanks Blue Haven!

Blue Haven, far exceeded our expectations. From the get go working with Bailey was great, he listened to everything that we wanted when designing our pool. And Jimmy made that design come to life. He made sure we understood the process, and felt comfortable every step of the way. Every single worker, and person that went through our home was always respectful not only of us but of our home. Jimmy went above any and all expectation, truly satisfied with his work. I couldn’t be more grateful with Jerry for being so kind with his time and knowledge. Even over the holiday he responded and assured we were taken care of. Every single question, concern, and suggestion, was taken care of throughout the entirety of the project, and even after. We couldn’t be happier with how our pool/spa turned out thanks to the Blue Haven team. Bailey, Jimmy, and Jerry were a pleasure to work with and have in our home.

We completed construction of our pool today with Blue Haven and it was such a pleasure to work with the group they have. From calling to schedule the consultation to completion of the project and everything in between, all was gone over and explained and we knew what to expect at each stage of the project! Our in home sales consultation went very well and we loved working with Matt and he helped us get the right pool and finishes for us and everything that we needed done as well, he really knows his stuff and he cares that we got what we were hoping for! We were so fortunate to have Jimmy as our project manager and he stayed on top of things all throughout the build and let us know what was coming next and anything we needed to do along the way. Jimmy is so courteous, prompt, and he was very respectful of our home during the project. Everyone should be so lucky to have him oversee their build! Finally it was time for pool school to learn about everything and go over all of the equipment and for that Jerry was our guy! He was so thorough and detailed not letting us miss anything important but not overloading us with too much information. There is a lot to learn and he has us prepared for the future as new pool owners. Yet again, I don’t see how we could have gotten a better person to teach us! He’s the best! Build with Blue Haven and maybe you’ll get a chance to work with these fine men who can deliver the pool of your dreams like we did!

Kathryn, Sales Administrator, was wonderful to work with in the process of choosing our tile and finishes to insure we were pleased with the completed pool and deck. Finally, Jerry spent ample time with me in training of the complete operations for a clean and well maintained pool and spa. Yes I will recommend Blue Haven Pools to anyone looking to find a quality pool installer and in fact I have to a neighbor and he is looking forward to his experience in the near future.

Phill Kinney who sold us this pool was consistently punctual, clear, and professional. He did a great job explaining the contract terms, design options, and technical details, and he was especially helpful in guiding us through the permitting process. He was always friendly, responsive, and easy to work with.

Our project manager, Jimmy May, was equally impressive. He was very direct, patient, and thorough in addressing all of our questions. He clearly outlined the project timeline and managed the process seamlessly. The execution was outstanding, the entire pool was completed in just 4–5 weeks, which is truly remarkable.

We are extremely happy with the quality and overall look of our pool and have been enjoying it ever since. Even after completion, Jimmy has remained very responsive and supportive, promptly addressing any service requests or follow-up questions.

Jerry assisted with pool school and was quite busy, making him a bit difficult to reach at times; however, having Phill and Jimmy leading the project made the overall experience smooth and stress-free.

Overall, this was a transparent, efficient, and well-managed process. I highly recommend Blue Haven and specifically Phill Kinney and Jimmy May to anyone considering a pool project.

The team at Blue Haven was amazing from start to finish! Roberto explained the entire pool-building process and was with us every step of the way, patiently answering all of our questions.

Cody, our site manager, and his team finished our pool in less than two months—much faster than we expected—and it looks incredible! Kathryn from the design center helped us choose our finishes and was fantastic at helping my husband and me find compromises when we couldn’t decide.

Last but not least, Jerry gave us a thorough class on how to operate the equipment and explained the follow-up steps for the coming months. He even checked in several times after the initial “pool school” to make sure we felt comfortable running everything and to address any concerns.

These guys are great! We have hired them on 3 different occasions and every time the work is exceptional. They are also the most reasonably priced that we've been able to find.

Had a problem with gutter overflow during heavy rain. Called John at Cypress Rain Gutters, he came out, we discussed options. The next day he sent some quotes, I chose the one I wanted and let him know. He scheduled me for the following week. He arrived on time, completed the work and cleaned up really well before he left. I was very pleased with his work and friendly attitude. I will definitely use him again.
