Alan and his team were such a pleasure to work with. My tile cleaning was a little tough, and hard to do, but they did not quit. They made sure to get the right products an try different things to get my stubborn tile cleaned. And now, I can literally eat off of it. I will definitely reccommend citywide restoration to anyone. Thanks for the great job cleaning off the grime on new house tile and sealing all the grout. It’s the second house you have done this on for me and your crew really took their time working way longer than I expected. My daughter and son in law were impressed both times. Moving in and not having to be concerned about stains and water issues on the bathrooms and kitchen is a great plus.

We recently had a water pipe burst between the walls in our kitchen. After the plumbers fixed the leak they referred us to Citywide Restoration. Alan the owner came out the very same day and immediately started with the clean up process. From the owner to the technicians they sent out everyone was very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Alan and his crew.They responded to our call immediately and started water damage restoration that day. They did a wonderful job of protecting my floors and furniture. I'd like to express my thankfulness to Blake for coming out after hours to help me with our breaker problems. He had the fans up and running in no time.

Allen and his crew are incredibly professional and knowledgable. I was given updates during the process and they were always punctual. Allen came out quickly once we called for help (our tub drain had busted and water was leaking into our bathroom). He came out quickly when our adjuster announced he would be here 45 minutes early and he walked the adjuster through what happened and they work they did to prevent further damage from the water. Allen also made it a point to follow behind his guys to make sure everything was done correctly and that ther work was of high quality. All in all I am super satisfied with the service, the crew, and the whole experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

By far, the most amazing carpet cleaning I’ve ever seen. We moved into our house four years ago and the carpets now look like the day we moved in. Jimmy and Jeff were very knowledgeable and explained the benefits from the process. Do not call anyone else to have your carpets cleaned, call Citywide Restoration.

If you want it done right, call these guys first. Carpet cleaning companies are not all the same. I called Citywide to clean my carpets (I have both standard pile carpets and high maintenance wool carpets) because they were able to totally clean up some stain issues that I had to deal with in the past. Like the previous service calls, Alan and his crew were extremely thorough – their complete knowledge of carpets and how to adjust their cleaning process to the different carpet types is amazing. Most cleaning service folks do not have this level of experience or passion for what they do. I always learn something new about my carpets and what to do/what not to do with them each time- something I really appreciate. These carpets look like new-any traffic areas on the carpets are now gone. Will continue to use Citywide again in the future for my carpet care.

Our home experienced water damage from a defected hot water tank. When we initially contacted Citywide Restoration, they made themselves available to us the same day. Allen and his team did an excellent job with water damage clean-up and drying. He also advised us throughout the entire restoration process of our home. Additionally, Allen made himself available and provided advise to us whenever issues arose with insurance adjuster and/or restoration builder. I highly recommend this company

As the general manager at Flaherty's Flooring America, we recommend Citywide to our customers who need carpet cleaning or general restoration services, so of course I contacted them when I needed to have my carpets cleaned. They were really easy to schedule, showed up on time and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Citywide and thank them for the job they did for me and the job they do for our customers.

I hired Allen to repair water damage and was impressed by their knowledge and skills. From the first call to job completion, they did great work!  The water damage inspection was done quickly. They did a great job from my initial call to the finish!  The communication was excellent. Allen showed their commitment to customer satisfaction, making them a company I highly recommend for water damage!

I had a commode break and needed to have the water removed. I called and Allen said he would be here in 45 minutes. He was here in less than 30 minutes. Once I decided to use his company he had his crew here in 30 minutes. They were very professional in doing the job. I will definitely recommend this company.

Allen with City Wide was absolutely fantastic.

My issue was water damage.

He took the time to educate me about the extent of damage, repair needed, and educated how to address my insurance needs.

Met Friday at my home and immediately worked all weekend to take care of me and my highest financial asset, my home.

In addition, the next week, he went so far as to meet with insurance adjuster field guy himself as my father was ill and I was unavailable.

Then followed up, after work was complete, to see if I was totally pleased.

Yes, very pleased. 5 STARS INDEED!

Absolute Kleen did an amazing job on your carpets. They got several stains out of the carpet, and now both rooms look great!

Jacob and Hunter came out this weekend to clean 1100 sq ft of tile and grout as well as 4 bedrooms of carpet. They were very polite. Called 30 mins before arrival time. The cleaning process was fast and thorough. Absolute Kleen also provides VERY competitive pricing!

Found this company when we were in need of having our carpets cleaned due to our older dog going potty (weak bladder). I reached out via email and they got back to me within the hour and we scheduled a time with them the following day (didn't even need next day but they did that for me.) They were on time, came in asked me what I needed and where the spots were and cleaned in a timely fashion and even check other carpeted rooms we didn't want clean to make sure. They did add on a spot treatment protection but the cost was by far less than Stanley Steamer or 3 other companies we called to get quotes from. Really nice staff and team. I would definately have them back to in my home to clean carpets, hard or tile floors, rugs, etc.

Gave me an accurate quote online, easy to make an appointment and called 30 minutes before showing up.... awesome. Technician worked hard on all stains and they all appear to be gone. He also moved some small furniture with no additional charge. Great attention to detail. I will use them again.
