I had a great experience working with Steam Care. I would recommend them for any services needed. Eileen was personable and made sure everything went smooth. They did my tile and grout cleaning.

I had a burst pipe that flooded my bathroom and laundry room area. They came out quickly and assessed the damages. They also helped me through the whole claim process from beginning to end! Speak to Eileen, she is very helpful and she knows what shes talking about!

Excellent work! Owner scheduled a convenient time with us. He and helper showed up on time. They worked fast, clean, and efficiently all with excellent manners and attitudes. Very affordable for ALL of the work that needed to be completed to insure a properly done job.

If you're searching for "professional", this wouldn't be my choice for carpet cleaning and I learned my lesson today. My title for this review would be appropriately called "Lost in Translation" because the office staff and crew aren't able to communicate with the customer. I didn't receive calls or notifications of any kind that the technicians were running late. Not just a bit late, but an hour or more late. Once they arrived, the guy showed up with a translator because the tech couldn't speak english. The girl translator wore westrn boots through the yard and then into the house. She left mid way through the cleaning, got into another car and headed out. Another guy showed up, he too couldn't speak english. They couldn't speak to me regarding payment and we stood there looking at each other because he had no way to convey how I was to pay. I called the office and they were just as bumfuzzled. I just wrote a check and gave it to the guy. What a complete fail on every front. There's no little plastic strips your furniture is placed on to keep it from getting wet. In my world, if you show up to my house to do work, you better be able to communicate with me, answer my questions and concerns. Lesson learned on my part. Do not use this company.

I had such a great experience with Steam Care! They were honest, professional, and made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with.

They took my duplex from a horror-show to shiny-penny status. While working on one side, there was an AC event, and the ceiling fell down. I was sent a video of the damage and they were able to call in an AC repair person to fix the unit and before I knew it sheet rock was installed, taped painted and retextured. I can’t really tell where the damage was anymore. I will use them again as they have shown themselves to be an upstanding company. Eileen is a great person to work with.

I am very pleased with my decision on hiring Steam Care to restore my furniture and property. I was ultimately impressed by the immediate response time of the emergency due to a broken pipe that flooded my home. The crew began extracting the water as soon as possible to prevent any further damage. I would highly recommend Steam Care and their crew!

All the employees were professional and courteous during our bathroom remodel. They also worked around our schedule. We would definitely use them again.

I called around two find carpet cleaning and Javier who picked up the phone was very kind and informative. They were not the cheapest around the block but they won my buck simply because of how the customer service treated me. I definitely don't regret them at all, my carpet looks fantastic and they even moved my sofa and side tables which I was not expecting. They were efficient and arrived on time, would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Would 100000000% recommend. Did a quick Yelp search and found this company and from the first phone call, they have been nothing but helpful! Called on a Friday late afternoon, had Jesus come that same day around 7pm and found the problem. And we agreed to start 3 days later after talking to them that whole weekend. Eileen is so sweet and answered all and any of my concerns. Jesus came out and inspected everything and was so great to work with. He as well answered anything I had questioned. You can tell they definitely care as well. I had moisture in my wall from a leak I had after some roofers installed a new roof for me. They had to open up everything under the window seal in two rooms. Looks like nothing was every cut open. I had extra paint so they were able to use that to paint everything. They texturized the wall as well. The garage they cut out the main part of the leak as well and just need to be repainted. But from start to finish, I'm extremely happy.
The after pictures, the carpet just needs to be restretched, which they'll be coming to do in two days as well as cleaning it. So I can update with that as well.
There was a third room but it just had a blower in it and the moisture was gone after 3 days. It was in the high 60-70s and dropped to like a 2 (not pictured)
The main room had like a 99 reading and also dropped to a 2. Over all, again, super happy and definitely should give these guys a try!

After a flood caused by another company, Steam Care came to the rescue. They responded quickly, kept us informed through every step, and made the whole restoration process stress-free. Their team was professional, reliable, and—unlike many contractors—we could always count on them to actually show up. The quality of their work is incredible; you’d never know we had to cut out two feet of drywall throughout our entire space. I can’t recommend them enough! If you’re looking for a company that communicates, delivers, and truly cares, Steam Care is the one.

Steam care was excellent! We had delays due to another contractor and they made it work! They were responsive and always showed up and did what they said they would. I never worried about their quality of work it was always above and beyond.

Steam Care worked in a professional and caring manner. Taking extra time to be thorough in our little girl's room when mitigating our leak, sealing, patching & painting. They even cleaned every little wall decor we still had up to ensure we had a clean and safe environment for our daughter.

We will 100% be using them again in the future and I cannot recommend them enough for any of your home repair/mitigation needs.
