Constraction reviews in Dallas, Texas

Alex Q and his Crew were amazing setting up everthing back in my house. Couldn’t ask for a better crew. They walked me through everything, showed me it was back in place working and no damages were found!!!!! GREAT WORK AND COMPANY!!!

Excellent pack up! So efficient and so careful with my fragile items! Maria and Mario were the best crew!!!

Ajay and his team were great throughout the entire process. We originally had them come out to give us a quote on remaining work at our house after our previous contractor abandoned the job. They gave us an detailed invoice of the remaining work and it was a fair price. We agreed for them to install our kitchen and closet floor which looks immaculate. Ajay communicated with us throughout the entire process and made this a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend their services!

This group is amazing! We had flooding and had to move out. They came the day after we called and moved the whole downstairs. They are careful, detailed, flexible, and professional. Maria Sanchez and her team of packers were particularly awesome. I am so grateful to Matt and this team. Thank you so much!

Slow leak, big job:
In preparation for a hardwood floor replace/repair, Maria Sanchez and her team packed and moved to off site storage, the kitchen, dining, and study. No small feat, 149 boxes and 2 rooms of antique furniture. Excellent work! All packed extremally well, and loaded very carefully. I would recommend her and her team anytime.

After a major flood ServePro was very fast and did a good job clearing the water out of our home, removing damaged wallboard and cabinets and drying our house.

As stressful as moving day can be, Maria Sanchez made it absolutely seamless! She was very professional and proactive about packing my house up after recent water damage/flood. Her team was so even-tempered and sweet and she was able to translate exactly what we needed. Maria was patient and calm heading to storage location and transporting those items as well. All my delicate items were wrapped securely. With Maria on the job, rest assured you won’t have a care in the world!!!!

In working with Maria Sanchez, who was the project manager for the project, she was prompt, communicative and extremely collaborative in assuring the they met timelines, expectations and considered the homeowner. I will be requesting that she is the one who manages the return of all of my household goods are handled with precision and care.

What an incredible company! We were blessed to have Maria Sanchez and her crew clean and organize our home after an electrical garage fire. Seriously, my house has never been this clean. They are very personable and a friendly group. Thank you Maria for helping us with this unplanned incident. Plus Matt, your help and guidance is so appreciated.

Maria Sanchez and her team did an amazing job packing all of our downstairs rooms in 2 days. And there was a lot of stuff!! All 3 ladies worked long hours, we’re very diligent and professional and friendly. Maria was extremely helpful with knowing what needed to be done and got it done! She translated what several teams were asking me even though Maria didn’t work with their companies. So helpful!! When Servpro is ready to move everything back into our home, I definitely want Maria and her team to be here and in charge of it all.
Thank you, thank you, Maria!!

I can’t thank them enough to help my bussiness open back up after big patio fire with in 3 days.
You guys are rock star!!

Matt Fabish arrived at our house to review damage due to a water leak. He was on time and professional. His calm demeanor was helpful in a time of stress.
The whole downstairs of a large house with antiques and artwork needed to be packed and removed from the premises so construction can commence. Maria Sanchez was in charge of the packing team and spent 4 days with us. She always had a smile and a joke while working. The lovely ladies who worked with her packed SO much stuff, all with care and attention. Other than a lunch break, they worked tirelessly for 4 days.
The crew that moved our 900+ boxes and all of the furniture arrived on time, introduced themselves and got to work. Boxes were packed into the truck with care. Again, all done with energetic efficiency and pleasant and respectful demeanor. I am hopeful we get the same teams upon return of our household items.

Maria Sanchez and her team came to my house today and spent over 10 hours packing my house , they worked so hard and adapted so well to every request that I asked of them. I changed some things and again they did not hesitate to satisfy my needs. They were friendly , very fast working and never missed a beat. I am definitely requesting them for my move back and would recommend you to ask for her team to help with your needs.

Maria Sanchez and her unpacking crew were OUTSTANDING! Everything was handled with perfection and professionalism. Her leadership with the return moving crew was exceptional as well. Love this Boss Lady!

Hats off to her and her team ❤️ Hope I never have to go through this but I know who I want in charge MARIA SANCHEZ AND HER TEAM WITH SERVPRO.

Update!!!!
Upon reviewing all the items that were returned I have made a list of items that Conveniently not returned. The fire was upstairs in one room my silver Ware that was in a wood box no where near the fire no was was it damaged this was my mothers over 70 yrs old . My large soup bowl with ladle and player missing! my Sony digital camara missing my husbands 2nd I phone with SIM card was taken and was sold to someone that I caught using on my bill. I had brand new cube WiFi speakers, omg all my jewelry that Servpro assured me they would plastic wrap my jewelry cabinet with everything in it , nope they did not do that . This is such a sorry company! Not only was I deviated by the fire and being displaced for 13 mths due to a poor contractor, I was cleaned out by this company! Don’t use this company if you plan on getting your items non damaged items back.

SERVPRO is the best!!! My husband and I experienced a very trying time recently when we discovered a leak in our laundry room and subsequently had to be completely moved out of our house for the necessary repairs. Matt Fabish, the manager, was very professional in his assessment and confident he could help us out. Soon, Maria Sanchez and her crew came to pack us out. They were very organized and took numerous pictures to ensure all of our belongings were safely packed away. They were extremely careful of everything in our house! The best part was when we had the pleasure of spending a short time with Maria and her crew during our move back into our house. Maria's professionalism, confidence, obvious expertise, and upbeat attitude made all the difference in quelling the apprehensions and stress of our months-long ordeal. We felt a huge sense of relief and their quick work and great care of our furnishings and personal possessions has made all the difference in our ordeal finally being over. I highly recommend this company, and for sure, ask for Maria Sanchez and her crew to be in charge of your move!

Maria Sanchez and her team all I can say is "WOW "!! They were awesome packing my entire home. My floors were damaged due to a burst water pipe under my home. Servpro was there for me and my family. Maria took charge and they got the job done. They are pros in what they do. I recommended Servpro to all my family and friends. Thanks Maria for your sweet heart and kind words also your hard work and dedication 👏. Maria and her team ROCKS!!..

The entire crew was amazing.. Very precise. The girls did an excellent job of wrapping and packing. Were very neat and very good at the job they done for us. The men were very careful with our belongings and carefully carried everything to load. Would recommend all of them. No problems at all

Jorge Resendes, Franco, Eddie, and Edwardo Castillejo arrived toward the end of a long stressful day and quickly assessed the water damage caused by a water leak. They updated us every step of the way, assuring us what we could expect. They were respectful of our home and worked to calm our concerns.

Maria Sanchez and her team were amazing. They were attentive to the 95 year old owner of the home (my dad) and left the house looking as it did before the damage occurred.

Never use this company for anything involving actual construction. Hired them to repair my house after a car ran through the front of my house, they literally screwed up everything they touched, the brick on the front of my house is over a half inch off the foundation because they did not get the wall plumb. Couldn't even put downspouts for my gutters back properly, basic construction that even my state farm agent said was ridiculous. The drywall was torn everywhere and they just covered it with mud and called it good. They had 3 attempts to get things right and screwed up every time.
