I called for 10 days and it's been a month with no call back. I'm filling out one negative review each day. This is day 3.

O3 Energy has helped us power our home and our business with solar. They helped us secure the financing we needed and have delivered on everything they said they would do. We are happy customers and recommend them to anyone wanting to deal with professionals.

SUCH A GOOD EXPERIENCE
Initially I thought Solar was going to be really really expensive, and quite a hassle. But then I discovered these guys and from beginning to end it was such a great experience. If you or anyone you know are thinking about solar, I strongly would recommend giving them a call.

Mysteriously my review from last year is missing…..O3 Solar has a underproduction guarantee that my system will produce a certain amount or they will refund the difference. 2022 I underproduced to the tune of about $900.00 and the CEO is refusing or ignoring my request for a underproduction refund. So far it has been 8 months, 38 Emails and several phone calls. I should expect this I guess because in 2021 it took 9 months, 40 emails and several phone calls to get my refund. O3 will work hard to take your money then deliver an inferior install and then try not to honor their policy. This isn’t new though. Just read through the BBB complaints against them. I would NEVER use this company again. I regret every day since 2019 that I used O3.

The worst deal in my life. This company is the most inefficient and unprofessional. Almost a year into the contract time and up to today the system has not been delivered as it was supposed to. In December the solar panels were installed after almost three months of waiting. They said it was the permission of the city but it was too much. It was installed and we should wait for the city of Dallas to come to verify that the system was installed correctly. Almost three months passed and nothing. I spoke to the city of Dallas and they notified me that it was canceled because O3 had never sent the panels plan. Now it turns out that the monitor is damaged. therefore the system could not be used. The owner Brad does not answer calls or emails with the formal complaint. We have been paying two bills. The power provider company and the solar panels financial company. BAD BAD BAD.
He only communicated back to us when we wanted to cancel the installation. O3 is the worst provider of solar panels.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
You will be sorry and frustrated with this poor service company

Edit: I had made this review and then removed because O3 Energy Solution responded saying their sister company handle residential solar. Well, O3 Home Solar is permanently closed.

SERVICE WILL NOT CALL BACK! I bought a house with there system installed. Previous owner had passed along all the infomation and the system is supposed to be still under a warranty. I found the Breaker in the main was wrong. I was trying to get a hold of them to correct this major issue. The breaker their installers used is not for the panel and this is a huge fire hazard. Anyone using their service needs to have a real electrician double check their work! 0/10 would not recommend.

I am happy I found the team. Our panels were done by another local solar company that was very unhelpful in solving a power issue. When I reached out to Bruce, we were able to schedule an appointment quickly. Not only did they help solve our power problem, but Bruce took the time to educate us on how the system worked. I appreciate their customer service...

It’s not often I write reviews, but most of the time when I do… They did a great job. This is one of those cases. It has been a pleasure working with each and every person from this company and, if I needed additional solar services, I would choose to work with them in a heartbeat.

The CEO “Brad” made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The company is pushy and unprofessional. I would never in a million years give them a dime.

We have used O3 energy for several of our commercial projects. We were pleased with the results we had. O3 energy was flexible, and accommodating to clients needs and requests. Our projects moved forward with constant update from O3. We definitely will use them moving forward on any future projects.

Here’s my honest reviews after having their solar for 2 years:

The quality of the panels is excellent, they are still going strong and everything's going as expected. The sales guys weren't pushy, the installers were kind, and they noticed when there was a wiring issue a couple months in and reached out to me and came to fix it right away, which I appreciate. And they got me set up with financing that works well. I would recommend them for sure. I was pleased overall!!!

We had an amazing experience with VoltEdge Electrician Services in Dallas! They did a fantastic job replacing our breaker box and installing outdoor lighting for our patio. David was professional, knowledgeable, and very detail oriented. Everything was completed safely, efficiently, and exactly as promised. The new breaker box works perfectly, and the outdoor lights completely transformed our patio space, it looks incredible at night!

Outstanding service from OnlyChargeEV! Fast, professional, and clean installation for my Volkswagen ID4 home charger. The technician was knowledgeable and ensured I understood how to use the system. Highly recommended for anyone needing an EV charger installation.

Terrible service. They don’t call customers back, no emails, texts or professional correspondence. Sad.
