So expensive. For testing electric outlet they charged almost $400.

I had a breaker triggered regularly. He checked the outlets, power, and the Electrical panel. A microwave plugged to that breaker appears to be the issue.

Daniel is an excellent electrician. Very thorough, explains the work so it is easy to understand. I highly recommend him.

My electrician was terrific . replaced a lot of outdated switches, power panel and made outlets highly protected against water electric shock. Price was right and electrician ought to be considered a craftsman in his attention to details. I'd definite use him again.

We had called Mister Sparky out to our house to evaluate why we had power fluctuations across the house. They had advised we reach out to Oncor in advance to check if there were any issues, and unfortunately Oncor said there were no issues. Though this doesn't preclude the fact that when the technician came out to the house they did not do any additional checks, and quoted us a huge bill to change out the electrical panel and the meter box, over $8k (with moving the panel outside of the garage) when online records would expect a range of $3500-$5000 on average. It was more to keep it inside the garage, which made zero sense to me. We ended up reaching out to another electrician to get a second opinion, they came, did some checks around the house, and instantly determined it was a supply issue from Oncor and had nothing to do with our breaker panel or meter box. Their quote for the exact same breaker panel and meter box work was $4000-5000, significantly lower than Mister Sparky, who did not even confirm the real issue before proposing a massive bill. We will never touch Mister Sparky again.

Service was fast and effective. Scheduling was easy and everyone very friendly. I would give it 3.5 stars really.
My issue was the price. We had 1 wall in the master randomly lose power. The tech quoted $400 just to dig in and figure out why which I thought was super high. When he got in, there was aluminum wiring which is apparently incident prone. Overall, I paid $650 to fix 2 plugs that were causing the issue. I think the price is high for what was less than 2 hours of work which was also including his initial breaker check and explanations. The actual fix didn’t take more than 45 minutes... I would probably call someone else next time due to that. Although super nice people.

Disaster. Guy that came spent 5 hours, constantly calling "his master electrician " for help. Sometimes hiding out in garage without his tools, I suppose waiting for call back. Finally thinks wire is bad, but not willing to crawl around the attic and verify. Then wants over $2000 to run 53 feet of wire inside conduit around and down the outside of the house, says cannot put in the attic because of "confined space ". NO WAY. Got to find someone else.

I recently had a very complex electrical installation for my house. After reading multiple reviews I decided to use the services of Mr Sparky since they had already worked on this type of installation. It was the right call! Wesley Matheson was the technician that they sent out and I have to say that he was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, patient and answered all my questions. He also gave me various options. He took me through the whole process and did an excellent job. If I have electrical needs in the future I will definitely give them a call and I will recommend them to my neighbors when asked.

I just bought a home and Tony was the guy I needed. I was a lost cause and Tony informed me about all the electrical equipment in my house. I called and Mister Sparky came by for inspection and repair in the same day. Tony had my pool light working, panel rejuvenation, and surge protector installation done in a hour. They have a great referral program and perks! I will only call Tony for my electrical and HVAC needs drom now on!!!
