Process from initial contact to repair day was amazing!!! Professional, courteous, and fully transparent communication and work. I had several issues that David & Tony resolved in less than 2 hours. They talked me through their process, educated me, and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend them!

I called for a quote for a dryer plug replacement and the person answering the phone quickly pointed out a cheaper and easier option. Exchanging the power cable to the dryer would be easier and can be a DIY. I took her advice and switched the power cord. It's great to see honest.. I'll probably go with this company from now on as a repeat customer.

We had the Reme Halo LED installed in our HVAC and David did a fantastic job explaining how it works, how it's installed and the warranty of the unit. At no point did I feel pressured and he was extremely professional. I did a substantial amount of research and knew what I wanted. They are extremely communicative giving reminders of when they will be onsite. I will be using him again on my second floor unit. Thanks again!

She keeps you informed as to when and where the technician is and his arrival time. You don't have to stay around your home waiting, because of the not knowing. Dave is here at the allotted time or maybe just a few minutes past the time.They are definitely my go to when I have issues with my unit. They both are very professional. What a great team!!!!!! I will and have used them for my unit needs for years. Dave explains the issue to you so that you can have an understanding of the problem. Ally is knowledgeable and gives you information that could be helpful. They go above and beyond. They care about you and get the issue resolved in a timely manner. Dave fixed our patio lights and installed a new ceiling fan for us. He even came back promptly to check on the ceiling fan when we noticed a weird smell. He is communicative and knowledgeable, and we will definitely be using him and electrician on call for our future electric needs! Highly recommend them!

Dave is amazing. We called because a trade professional told us we had a bad breaker. Dave arrived at the exact time he said he would arrive, diagnosed the problem (which wasn't the breaker) within minutes and had the issue repaired very soon after. He obviously has a world of knowledge and experience, but he also is utterly patient and took time to explain the issue with me in terms that were great for someone like me who doesn't know much about electricity. All this was done at a price less than other estimates I got. I couldn't be happier with this service.

I called Electrician On Call this morning. Dave provided excellent service with fast response and friendly attitude. After I described what happened to my room, he directly pointed out the culprit mostly is the main breaker under the power meter, and that's it! Since the main breaker (including the box) is very old and dis-manufactured, I preferred to replace the whole box. Dave finished this work quickly and charged me for a reasonable price. He worked on Saturday! And waived me more than HUNDRED Dollars! Thanks, David!

I rarely leave reviews unless the service truly stands out — and working with David absolutely did. We had been dealing with a light fixture that kept tripping a breaker for over a year after the electrical had been replaced. Two other electricians came out and couldn’t solve the issue, costing us quite a bit along the way. David quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and even installed our new fixture. He was also incredibly fair and generous with pricing. It's refreshing to find such reliable and skilled service — we'll definitely be using him again and recommending him to others. Reached out to Electrician On Call to get a second estimate on some electrical work I needed done. I was impressed by how competitive they were on price, without skimping on quality! The electrician, David, and his assistant (whose name I unfortunately didn't get) were very professional. David explained everything he worked on and showed me his work, and they both made sure to clean up after themselves which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend giving these folks a call or email for your electrical work.

I had so many questions and kept calling her back with more and yet she still answered them patiently and made me very comfortable about her knowledge. That made me decide on hiring them.
