Theron of Mr Electric came to my home to give an estimate for an installation.

The arrived early (points) and was very courteous.

Once he looked at the equipment that was being installed he methodically went through the research to determine all the possible scenarios to safely install the new gear. He even reached out to the Master Electrician on his team to verify before giving out erroneous information.

He then explained his research that underpinned how the job would be done. (Impressive).

He verified my contact info in their database and sent the estimate in real time.

He even verified an existing ground fault on a GFI plug in the garage!!!!

He has put his team squarely in the lead to secure the bid for this contract!!!

Steve Bedell was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was friendly and explained a lot of what he was doing and made some recommendations for future safety projects He also corrected some work that a previous service had performed. He gave me an estimate for a new breaker box and showed me the ultimate problems I will probably have with my current one. I will most likely use him again.

I have used this company twice and the service is great as before. Jay weaver, the electrician, is outstanding as always. He’s friendly and personable. He’s very ethical and takes your concern as if it was his own. He takes the initiative to dig deeper to find any lingering issues that could become dangerous problems in the future and recommends solutions. We are blessed to have such a fine professional as Jay. David Jones, master Electrician with Electricians on Call is Awesome!! I needed a new light fixture installed. David and one other electrician quickly removed the old fixture and hung the new one. They are professional, knowledgeable and respectful of your home. I highly recommend EOC and particularly David.

Quick response to quote request. Easy to schedule an appointment. The owner Dave was informative and fair. He could have easily done additional breaker exchanges/installation based on my initial request, but he told me how to address it without needing to add more expense. He discussed what to look out for in the future and how to troubleshoot problems. Ethical, quick, and customer focused service. I hope to not have future issues, but if I do I will definitely contact them again!

Technicians were fast, polite, and knowledgeable. They caught that one of the fans we had bought had been opened before and gave us advice on how to return and get a new one. Installation went great. Thank you!

Electrician on Call is a fantastic company. They went above and beyond for me. David, Irum, Ally and Tony are all great. We had an issue with the gas company, Atmos, and Electrician on Call stepped in to help us get across the finish line. They were quick to provide an estimate, get us on their schedule, arrived when they said they would and exhibited great communication. They completed the scope of work promptly. I would highly recommend them.

Dave is awesome! He is super honest and explains everything in easy to understand terms. He does not try to up sell you on stuff you don’t really need or services your HVAC system doesn’t need. I have used him over the years and he and his team are always very friendly, responsive, provide great communication and are very accommodating to your schedule.

Excellent service. Had a moderately complex electrical issue with furnace circuit in the middle of winter. They were available next day for an emergency call-out and made sure we had heat before leaving for the evening. Thanks for much!

David and his team showed up on time and then went over the scope of work to ensure we were on the same page. He then explained how he was going to complete the job. They performed the work exactly as described and were very happy with the results. I would highly recommend him to friends and family!

Exceptional experience!!! Highly skilled, very friendly, affordable, and most importantly, they will not try to upsell you on a full AC system when all you need is a condensor, as an example. Worked with David and his wife who are the owners. It was a pleasure working with both of them!! Very friendly and helpful. I was explained everything and David even showed / explained to me what he sees when he was diagnosing my issue. I got to see first hand with his testing equipment. Not once throughout the process did I feel pressured for anything or felt like I was getting wool pulled over my eyes.

Very happy with the service David just provided. I had replaced some old switches that had yellowed over the years (the main reason is that one of them stopped working altogether) but after I did my DIY is when the lights stopped working as it should. I figured I had mis-wired something or knocked something loose. And that's the reason why I decided to call the professionals. David showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it likety split. I made a mistake with one of the switch replacements, but instead of teasing or shaming for my mistake he taught a little more about home electrical wiring. He was very friendly and very professional. I was worried that this job was going to be a can of worms where I was going to try to get upsold, but that couldn't have been further from what happened. I will be calling on EOC again for my future home electrical needs!

Did an excellent job adding two new outlets to my external garage. Price was very reasonable and they gave a free quote. Dave and his team are very professional and communicate well. I would hire again

David and Tony were super knowledgeable! The overall quote was cheaper than 3 other places I consulted with (free consultation was a huge plus). They finished the work with great workmanship and minimal incisions to the wall/ceiling so that I don’t have to call over a handyman to patch the walls asap! Received a consultation for dining room chandelier, burying wires behind tv (different studs), and install new wiring in patio for two fans & a TV as well as installing the said fans and TV. Overall job was done in less than a 3 week time frame which only took longer since I had to wait for my fans and chandeliers to arrive.

Dave and his team are fantastic. Dave is an honest and hard working guy. Dave added recessed lighting to my entire home, changed ceiling fans, and updated some lighting fixtures. I thought that I needed a new AC unit and Dave was honest enough to tell me that I did not need a new unit. I have more work that I want done to my home later and I will definitely only use Electricians on Call.

Very happy with the work they had done. The electricians were very friendly and pointed out a lot of things within my house that I wasn't' aware of. They worked fast and doubled checked with me multiple times before doing work that could be costly. I will absolutely call Electrician On Call the next time I need work done.

We had gotten the name of Electrician on Call from a friend of ours. I am so glad I asked as the entire process was great.

First, setting up the appointment was great. Ally (the only person we spoke with from the office) always picks up the phone quickly and we were never put on hold. I told Ally what we needed and she helped us get her the necessary information (a few uploaded photos as to where some of the work needed to be done). She immediately contacted me back to schedule an appointment, and was very patient as my wife and I went back and forth on dates and times we would be available. Almost immediately after we scheduled a time/date I received a confirmation email followed by a very detailed invoice of the work to be done (find out why an outlet wasn't getting power / replace three receptacles / install an outlet on our back porch) and the per unit cost.
The day of the work - We had been provided a two-hour window for when we could expect the workmen (they sent 2, and I which I remembered their names so I could praise them individually), and they got to the house within the two-hour window (just barely, but they were on time). We gave the workmen a tour of the work that needed to be done and they got right to work. They were shockingly efficient and were done with all three projects in well less than an hour.
I would not hesitate for a second to use them again, and they are now on our referral chain.

ADDENDUM - When the bar-light in our laundry room suddenly stopped working based on our past experience with EOC, there was only one place to turn. Ally was on it and asked us to send pics of the location as well as the new light we had purchased. She got us a quote late on Thursday night and we were able to get an appointment on Friday afternoon. Late on Friday afternoon, I contacted Ally to see when the electrician would be coming. She informed me that the electrician had come and gone. He had rung the doorbell and, when nobody came to the door, he left his card. I was shocked as our dogs generally bark like mad when anyone comes near the door, and we had three adults at the house all afternoon. but when my wife when to the door, sure enough, there was the card. However, all was not lost. Rather than having us reschedule, Ally had the electrician return after another call, and in no time, light on, wife happy.

Great electrician! Dave is so knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to catch an issue we had that we thought was electrical but isn’t within a couple minutes. Very fair with pricing - especially for the list of issues we had him come out to check. 100% using them again.

We had a great experience with Electrician On Call! Our particular issue was a bit of a mystery at first, but Dave was persistent in diagnosing the issue and had it fixed right away. Ally was also super helpful with scheduling and relaying communication between parties. We so appreciate their time and help!

Man I love these guys. David came out to install some under cabinet lights and did a fantastic job. While he was here I commented that the downstairs AC was having a hard time keeping up in the afternoons. He said he would look into it when e was done with the lights. Seems he does it all! He went out and quickly found a dead capacitor, replaced it and fixed the problem. All that and he is one really nice guy. Great folks, great company.
