Use this company at your own risk, this company appears to be trying to squeeze extra money from clients for work not performed and attempt to take people's property through liens. At first Noel appeared to be on the up and up after completing work on two different occasions , but it was the third occasion that turned into something straight out of the movie " green acres " it is beyond me how this company has all these good reviews, I must say his workers were respectful, but Noel became down right disrespectful by trying to charge me for work not performed. Refused to discuss the discrepancy in a manner becoming of a legitimate business and became as one who has alterior motives other than simply pay for work performed, seem like this guy is trying to rob folks through falsified invoices. Instead of a gun, he is using a pen , invoice and threats of a lien.

We have had three different services performed at our home with North Texas Electrical Services. Each and every time they have been on time, professional and perform outstanding service. They truly perform an honest day's work for an honest day's pay. I'll gladly hire them for all of my electrical needs going forward, both personally and professionally.

Noel's response is just not accurate. I've copied his response. He did not perform $3000 of work for me. There was no realtor, designer or contractor. He was paid for a job and never finished it. I've moved on but I get a notice from thumbtack that he responded to my comment. Not only did he not finish the job he refused to complete it because of the review I wrote about him. Now he's trying to change the past because it reflects poorly on him. Look elsewhere for help. Plain and simple.

We did in fact play phone tag with Matt D., although what he fails to mention is that we were given 3 different numbers to contact 3 different people on this project, designer, contractor, realtor.... It was very difficult to schedule thru the realtor just to schedule with Matt D. the designer. He also fails to mention that the $3,000.00 of work we did was to satisfaction. The cover plate that Matt D. mentions was returned 4 times due to not the right look, color or size for a "certain" room. I'm happy to know the actual work was not in question here, rather the poor planning of the designer. And expecting us as the electricians to understand his motives.

I needed a pendant light fixture installed and wanted it done before company was to arrive within two days. My room has a 14ft ceiling. Noel and his team were able to meet my timeline, were very friendly and professional, reasonably priced and did a quality job. I was so happy with NTES that I am having them return to do two other fixture replacements.

I recently did a Google search for an electrician near me in the Kiestwood neighborhood of Oak Cliff and got an immediate reply from Noel Pizana, owner of NTES. The first job he did for me was to install a dishwasher and bring the outlet up to code. Due to recent addition of kitchen tiles this was a not an easy installation. Noel and his crew were very well prepared and did a considerable amount of non-electrical work in order to safely install and mount the new dishwasher. They were very persistent and thoroughly competent and professional. I was so pleased with the outcome that I hired them for several other jobs over the next week or so and all of them were done well and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this business based on my recent experiences with them in Dec. 2019.

The electrician Noel was very nice initially. I had trouble with the work from the very beginning. He had to come back out since the electrical outlet wasn’t working right since the start.
I had him come back recently to help troubleshoot again when it was having trouble and he quoted me one prices. He arrived and spend very little time here and then told me the price would be DOUBLE what he initially quoted!
The reason he gave was that he arrived “after-hours” and has to charge more because of that… even though he was initially supposed to arrive closer to 3:30-4pm. He got caught up at another job and arrived later around 6:30pm. I didn’t mind him coming later, but it is NOT RIGHT to change your initial quote because you arrive later than expected.
I am extremely disappointed and refuse to work with dishonest people and companies. Please honor your word and don’t try to cheat your customers!

We hired Noel and his team to remodel our place of business. The entire job was done very professionally and on time. They are very competitively priced as well. I have found my go to guy for any future home or business remodeling projects. Great job guys and keep up the good work.

Our project was challenging. Our 100-year-old home needed a total rewire to replace the knob-and-tube system still in place, and we would be living in the home, in the summertime, while the work was being done.

After being ghosted by multiple local electricians and getting outrageous quotes from a few larger companies, finding Noel was a relief! He has tons of experience, had no difficulty working around our living situation, offered pricing that fit our budget, and (this is crucial) it was apparent that he CARED about the project and wanted our business.

From start to finish, Noel and his team were professional and punctual. Communication was on point, important for days we had to work from home. They remembered small details like keeping outside doors closed so our indoor cats stayed inside. We lived (and sometimes worked) in the house the whole time with minimal disruption. They were able to accommodate our requests for small changes and additions to the original plan. And, throughout the entire project, they only had to cut all the power to the house for ONE DAY. Amazing!

Our electrical system replacement is complete now and we are so happy with it. We definitely plan to work with Noel again in the future as we continue to update our home. If you need professional electrical work on your home, Noel is the one to call!

Noel and team are my go to electricians. I recently moved into a new home and had some electrical deficiencies. I asked for help and Noel was who arrived. I know electricity and have been trained in it but to a much lesser degree than that of a licensed electrician. Noel immediately diagnosed the problem, gave me a fair price for repair, and was communicative and arrived when promised. By the end of the work, the power I needed was completed. My issue is 100% resolved. He also took the liberty to resolve some safety issues free of charge to ensure my home is safe for me and my family. His prices are fair. His work is great and I will gladly use them again. They did great work. You will not be disappointed.

Travis and Clayton were amazing. We ended up needing to add more outlets throughout our house. They were very thorough and did such a great job getting the job done for us. They even fixed outlets that were not up to code. Will definitely be working with them again on our next projects.
