Highly recommend Renowned Renovation!! We chose them this past summer for a complete kitchen remodel (MUST see before and after photos!). Grant did the initial walk through and estimate... he was professional, thorough and - most importantly - honest with us about the best choices for a kitchen remodel and what would help with resell value in the future. We also felt that he really respected the scope of our project... other bids tried to expand the scope and increase the budget — but Grant and his team really gave us the finished product we were hoping for with the budget we gave him. Tyler managed the project and overall was very easy to communicate with and stuck to the project schedule very closely. Their contractors were very professional and wore masks/took precautions while in our home. We will definitely call Grant and Renowned Renovation for future home improvement projects.

I recently hired Renowned Renovation of Dallas to install carpet in two of my bedrooms. They did a fantastic job and at a reasonable price. They were flexible and able to move my appointment up in order to complete the work sooner than originally scheduled. I plan to use them again to install a pocket door and convert a room from a laundry back into a bedroom.

I hired Renowned Renovations to renovate my townhome in West Village – this is the first home I have ever owned as well as my first renovation project. When I purchased the home, I knew that I loved the layout but hated the finishings, so as soon as I closed, I immediately started looking for a contractor.

Right away, I was impressed by Grant’s professionalism. After a few minutes of standard pleasantries, he got right down to business. We spent about a half hour walking through each room in my home, talking through what I wanted to do. Based on the walkthrough, Grant quickly turned around a detailed bid, and we started the project shortly thereafter using the bid as our project plan.

In addition to the initial walk-through, I worked with Melissa on a number of aesthetic selections. One area where Melissa played a crucial role was the layout for the master bathroom. I knew the existing layout utilized the space very poorly, but I had no idea how exactly to rearrange everything. Melissa came back with 3 options (one of which we moved forward with), and I know I would never have ended up with the design we landed on without her help.

Due to my short timeframe, we started the project without drawings or precise plans (other than what was prepared for the initial bid). Tyler was incredibly adept at reacting quickly during the project, especially when last minute changes were needed. Overall, we finished within the agreed upon timeframe, and only exceeded the original budget for items I added during the project. All the subs they brought in were great, especially the painters and tile guys. When we did the final walkthrough, there were a few minor issues, but they were fixed in an expeditious manner at no extra charge.

I came to Renowned Renovation when I found out our master bathroom was leaking water into our walls. Renowned came in relatively quickly, looked at the space we had to work with, listened to what we wanted and set forth to put together a quote.

Their quote came in very reasonable compared to the competitors out there and they were also very flexible on pricing and payment options. Once I have them my greenlight they stayed in constant communication with me and started as soon as they could get into my house. Tyler was my initial point of contact and one of the co-owners. Darryl was our project manager. Both parties did their best to meet all of our needs and concerns when issues came up. I never came upon any hesitation whatsoever and the transparency was top notch; I never felt like I didn't know what was going on.

The overall project took about 1.5 months to complete and there were a few issues they ran into along the way, but as I mentioned, they handled them very promptly and worked with me in every way possible to ensure I was happy. Darryl even came in and cleaned the place up one last time before leaving the project site himself.

It really speaks volumes when a company is transparent, communicative and highly attentive to their customers. I never felt uneasy about any of the work done and I always felt like I could trust them (not to mention these guys were in my house for the project duration without me there and I never experienced trust issues).

I highly recommend this company - not only for the quality of work, but their work ethic and customer service - give them a shout!

After having a disastrous master bathroom remodel where the subcontractor had botched the job, I was faced with finding a company that fix it. The job was done so poorly that it had to be redone. Naturally I was quite skeptical after this ordeal.. When I contacted Renowned Rennovation, Grant came out and assured me that they could complete my master bath to my standards (I am very picky) and it would be done in a very timely manner. Their tile man and painter did exquisite work. After the glass shower, vanity, and tub were installed, I was extremely happy with the results. And you will too if you choose to use them. Grant and Tyler offer first rate quality on their remodeling services. I recommendation them without any hesitation.

Renowned Group is incredible! I interviewed 8 renovation companies before selecting them for my renovation, and couldn't be more elated with their partnership, professionalism, exceptional work, team, and attention to detail. They treated my home with the level of care as if it were their own personal living space. Now, I have a fully renovated place that is immaculate, high-end, and fits my style/taste. It's hard to imagine that this space was a commercial-looking shell of a unit with unfinished floors/ ceilings/ etc before. The results genuinely blow me away.

Allen rebuilt an eve, and fixed my roof when a tree fell on my house. He did an amazing job. He even came out after the storm and covered the hole with with a tarp to stop any more damage from rain. He gave me great price and got the job done fast. I doubt there is a more honest or hardworking company out there.

I have used Savell and Co. Contracting and Renovation a number of times over the last couple of years. I've always been really impressed by their quality of work - they are methodical, patient and put a lot of effort into making sure that everything looks perfect. Be it painting, floor restoration, sheet rocking, or electrical work - they are my go-to-guys, and a great resource to have on speed-dial!

Very pleased with the work completed by Allen and his team! Allen was very responsive when I called for an estimate on repairing the slate tiles on my patio. He offered suggestions, scheduled the work in a reasonable timeframe, and then his team worked diligently to carefully repair and/or replace the tiles. Would definitely work with this family-run company again.
