​Ready My Property and Kyle provided stellar services from start to finish. When our tenant vacated, the property needed a complete refresh. Ready My Property hauled off all of the junk, painted from top to bottom, ripped up ceramic tile and replaced with new lvp flooring, replaced a bedroom door, performed roof repairs, provided electrical work and installed light fixtures. When mid-project we decided to replace a window, Kyle took care of that as well. At the end of the project, their professional cleaners gave it a move-in clean. This has been my best make-ready experience by far! I'm very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Kyle and Ready My Property.

My experience with this company and two of its employees Donte and Jason have performed their duties of assignment in a professional and timely manner. I would definitely recommend that they are a company to put in place for your expected chores to be performed. Also a plus is that they have a complete home package of maintenance programs for you to choose from.

I had a fantastic experience with the Dallas team at Ready My Property! I needed my windows cleaned quickly before moving into my new home, and they really delivered. Communication was excellent from the start—quick responses, clear scheduling, and they kept me updated every step of the way. The crew showed up right on time, were professional and efficient, and the windows looked amazing afterward. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the quality of service. I’ll definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing window cleaning in the area!

Jim’s company installed our roof and other things when my home was destroyed in the 2019 tornado. From all the recent rains I discovered a pretty bad leak Friday night. I called Jim on Saturday expecting to leave a message. Not only did Jim the owner answer himself but he personally came to our house to assess the situation on a Saturday and had a crew there within a few hours to fix everything. He did all this for us honoring our warranty….on a Saturday! Amazing and I highly recommend KP! Thank you Jim!

Contacted Demitre Gary to replace shingles on my roof and repair a leak. He not only came out the same day, but was also able to finish the job before it started to rain. Excellent service.

DeMitre Gary was the contractor for our home. He was usually late by several hours or did not show up at all to our meetings at my home. The floors are so poorly done, they are a saftey hazard. We spent 19k for this terrible work. The kitchen backsplash is a joke with the odd cuts and uneven, jagged, broken peices. The caulking has completely detached from the floor because of the large gaps. The paint on all of the doors are peeling. Every single door.

I've used D Construction services for many years and they've always been superior to other contractors. In commercial property management, I've used their services for our buildings and our tenants have sung their praises. They were timely, courteous and considerate of the tenants. Their prices were competitive as well. They do excellent work!

Personally, they've serviced my home and continued to amaze me with their handywork. I've referred them to my family and friends and have gotten several thanks for the referrals. In fact, my referrals gave them more referrals and call backs for new projects. As a real estate agent, I've used these guys for my clients' homes. Over and over, they've given me fantastic work. About 2 years ago I was out of town & my neighbor called to say a car crashed into my house. Yes, a car crashed into my house! I called Demitre Gary and my house was boarded up so that no one would come in and steal. He covered my home keeping a bad situation from getting worse. I arrived home later that day to find my home secure. Add to the scenario this took place on a Sunday. Demitre never charged me a dime. That is fantastic service!
