Extremely professional and reliable. There was a small confusion regarding the estimated completion time. After the job was complete, they reached out to ensure I was satisfied and spoke and cleared up the confusion. Both handymen that came to our home did amazing work. True artists. I will be using them for future home projects. Thanks again!

Juan did an amazing job assembling our outdoor shed. He arrived right on time, and was great about getting all the specifics nailed down before starting work. He assembled & secured the shed perfectly, and actually finished ahead of time. Juan was very polite, and offered some great suggestions on waterproofing & staining. Highly recommended!

Ramiro was awesome. He showed up when he said he would, made the quick trip for parts and had my door working better than it ever had in less than two hours. I would use them again in a second.

Edil was very courteous, and his crew did a good job. I would trust them to work on my home again.
HomePro was very responsive and Edil's team was quick to get my project to a place where I could take it back over (to help contain my costs).
Constructive feedback for the company as a whole:
1) allow for better segmented feedback - again Edil did great 5/5
2) provide more granular invoicing - I get time and materials, but what materials exactly, and how much for each bit?
3) Consider monetary milestones - break and discuss with the customer what's been done, what's left, timeline, etc. at "major" spend points.
4) advise on actions the customer could take in advance to reduce time required from the crew (with everything so pricey these days, and wages not universally keeping up - consulting on ways to economize can be an important part of discussing the project/s).

I had a wonderful experience . Ramiro went above and beyond in doing several projects in my home. Clear communication and set expectations with timeline. Could not have asked for a better person to handle the job. Thank you so much

Romiro is an excellent carpenter. He fixed my ceiling and it is difficult to tell anything was ever broken. He was very professional and told me exactly what he could do. I would recommend his services to anyone. I was very impressed.

Edils and his partner did an outstanding job with our bathroom. They were professional and friendly, detailed and meticulous with installation of bathroom tiles and drywall repair. The finished work looks beautiful and we are very impressed with their dedication to quality service. Chris was great in communicating with us as well and made the whole process from beginning to end very easy for us. Highly recommend this company.

My appointment was moved up from the original stated day which was great and Junior was very professional and replaced a wind turbine that was grinding on the roof. He went above and beyond by spray painting all wind turbines an roofing pipes to match. Thanks for the A+ service.

First time to use this company through Moxie. Ramiro is a delightful handyman and goes out of his way to please. The team did an excellent job installing our replacement attic stairs. I rarely see contractors have such good attention to detail. I'll be working with them to do future projects, such as a kitchen renovation.

I had a broken oven that turned into kitchen remodeling, which sent me into looking for a handyman, an electrician and a plumber all at once. Chris (the owner) was very honest with what he can and cannot do (and what his insurance would and would not cover.) He personally made sure that his team did the job right and tried hard to get me the licensed professionals I needed for the things that he could not do. Hessler was wonderful in his work and very careful. He was also very diligent in cleaning up afterwards. I only needed a light wipe and mop. While others I've spoken to simply told me they couldn't do it, Chris stuck around and brainstormed with us and didn't give up. Took a few weeks, but we got the kitchen back in order with the appliances I wanted to fit into it. Chris was also very responsive even late at night. Their hourly rate was reasonable. I was a little confused about the itemized billing, but the overall price felt ok. If you're looking for a smooth-talking salesman who sugarcoats everything, go elsewhere. But if you want someone who is straight forward and cuts to the chase, then this is the place for you. I am just happy I have my kitchen back. Thanks, Chris and Hessler!

I needed multiple things done, including painting, replacing rotted wood inside and outside a bathroom wall, drywall, installing a vanity, and installing ceiling lights. The crew listened to my concerns and communicated with me throughout the process. They were courteous, arrived on time, stayed on task, and did everything that we had agreed upon. They ran into an unforeseen drain probIem which they were able to remedy, saving me from having to call a plumber. Chris oversaw the entire project and visited several times to check the progress and to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. He told me that his crew knew what they were doing, and I completely agree.

The repair was handled professionally and the area was cleaned up afterward. Everything looks solid now.
