Wow, my carpets look amazing. Mark and Phillip were professional and honest. The flooring looks a thousand percent better. They even removed an old wax spill and pet stains. I will definitely recommend Clean Master Carpet Cleaning to my friends and family.

I cannot say enough good about Mark Morgan and Clean Master Carpet Cleaning. No. 1 for both the estiimate appointment and the day of work Mark was here on the dot when he said he would be! No. 2. He repaired a terrible previous job when a new pad was laid on a portion of floor after a water leak which led to bumps and uneven places. Then he trimmed and corrected the pad, stretched and shampooed the carpet for a price less than half a previous quote from a differenr company. It looked like new!! Smooth and clean. No. 3 From my initial call with Nadia for an estimate to completion they were honest, professional and expedient..respecting me, my time and my carpet needs. Thank you!!

We switched to Clean Master for all of our Property Mgt. rentals over a year ago (and now personal too). We are extremely impressed and appreciative of Mark Morgan!! He goes above and beyond to get the stains out. We thought for sure the whole house would need new carpet as the tenants trashed it horribly. He cleaned it so well it looked better than before. Plus the tile and grout cleaning was AMAZING, again looked better than before. We also had several dryer vents cleaned as new dryers stopped working because of the lint buildup in the vents. This is a real thing, AC vents too! We can't express how much we recommend Mark; several of my neighbors have used him also. I'm happy to be a reference for any skeptics. DL Mgt.

We have used their services before and they do an terrifc task on tile floors on cleaning and sealing the grout. Austin was the technician this time and he did a good job

I set up an appointment over the phone and was quoted a price. On the day of, the tech arrived very late and tried to charge me 3-5 time more than what was quoted for a small 1 bedroom apartment. Poor communication by the company. The did not even try to confirm the appointment. I am very unhappy with their service.

tracy from better day carpet cleaning showed up on time and asked all the important questions. she carefully explained the carpet cleaning services they could offer me and completed the work quickly, finishing in under an hour. the areas in dallas where there was heavy foot traffic and where she had to remove several pet stains stayed a bit wet for about 10 hours, just as she had told us. there was no lingering smell after the cleaning, and we definitely plan to use their services again.

i had a stubborn pet odor in my basement carpet that just wouldn’t go away, no matter how many times i used my bissell carpet cleaner. it was really embarrassing when friends came over. finally, i called Better Day Carpet Cleaning and tracy came out to help. after they treated the carpet, the smell was completely gone and the carpet looked brand new again. i'm sure you could find cheaper places, but i don’t think anyone could do a better job.

when we recently had water damage in our basement, i wasn’t sure what to do at first. i was so relieved when i called a carpet cleaning company in dallas and was able to speak with brayden right away, even though it was really early in the morning. later that same morning, brayden and the team showed up quickly and started removing the water from our basement and began drying out the walls and carpet. they helped us save money by letting us use their drying meters to check the carpets ourselves and even let me return their equipment, so we didn’t have to pay any extra fees. overall, they were very professional and did a fantastic job for the price. i would definitely recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning after a water emergency.

Excellent job! Brayden did an amazing job cleaning my two sofas and the carpets in two rooms. Both had a lot of ground-in dirt. Brayden was thorough with the cleaning and paid close attention to the bigger stains after I pointed them out. I’m very happy with the service—the carpets and furniture look so fresh and clean! Worth every penny. I plan to have Brayden back in Dallas for carpet cleaning again and maybe even to steam clean the mattresses.

i just had to leave a review. i was searching for carpet cleaning for my stairs. when i called, the phone rep was really friendly and helpful. she said tracy could come by with some carpet samples and give a free estimate. the next day, tracy arrived, measured everything, showed me samples, and offered such a great price that i scheduled the cleaning right away. the cleaning was finished yesterday and i am super happy. the job was done professionally and the carpets look fantastic, so i asked them to clean and stretch my mother's carpets in 2 rooms too. amazing experience. highly recommended

Wow! I finally found an amazing carpet, tile, and furniture cleaning service in Dallas that really understands the importance of using safe, non-toxic products. Brayden worked hard to make sure everything was cleaned just the way I wanted. He was friendly, charged exactly what was discussed, and showed up on time, just like we agreed. He cleaned and refreshed my Indian rugs and silk area rugs with no trouble at all, even though other cleaners said they couldn’t handle them. The grout in my kitchen looks as good as new, matching the clean area under my laundry room rug. My 15-year-old white love seat almost looks brand new again.
