We have been using Berrett’s Pest Control services for a few years now and are very pleased with their professionalism both on the phone and in person while doing our treatments. The availability is also very good, I was able to get the appointment I wanted even though it was a short notice. Everyone is very knowledgeable in what they do and are very kind and respectful. The treatments are always done thoroughly and with great care. I would totally recommend!

Michael was very patient and helpful in helping me to clearly understand what preparation is reccomend prior to treatment. He also verified his understanding with a manager. I am very satisfied with his assistance .

We made an appointment with this company. They told us that they wanted to gain our services. We explained the urgency of the matter and we had an appointment for today and they completely bailed no call no text but they managed to charge us awful service unreliable

I’m not too sure who the representative was that I just got off the phone with, but she was the most helpful person that I’ve ever experienced at this company. It’s people like her that create loyalty and she should be appreciated. I hope this company does that for her. I’ve had not the greatest experiences with the technicians and the work that they do at my house, but she was able to schedule me all of my appointments and all of my follow ups to make sure that nothing gets missed. She really went above and beyond to help me and I’m really, really grateful.

Believe the negative reviews regarding pricing deception. They are call center based. No one in actual office setting all lies. The services provided did nothing for what we paid for pest control. Even with following their list. Calling to have to keep coming out clearly the chemicals they use isn’t strong enough.Called and they presumed to transfer me to a cancellation department that they never called back on as they said. In all do not use this company they are taking advantage of consumers and clearly keep charging you after pricing was told differently at time of sign up. This would be day 3 I have called to leave a message regarding the services and extra charges.

Do not use these people! They sign you up for a subscription service without telling you and don't even come out to do the service. We told them we had a newborn and they still charged us and didnt provide a service. THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM! We got advion cockroach bait gel from Amazon and it got rid of them in 1 week! It only costs 20!!

Tech was nice and knowledgeable. I was misinformed by Steven/Stephen that the 30 day warranty began after the 2nd follow up, I was still seeing activity after two treatments and wanted one more before the 30 days ended, and now they’re telling me it started the initial visit and would not able to honor what was told to me. Sucks but won’t ever use them again.

I tried to make an appointment and gave my information as requested and no one reached out to me or my husband. They tried to say I have to call them but if that was the case why would you ask for my number in emails if you aren’t going to contact me??? Obviously I wanted service.. Doesn’t make sense. Not very smart of a company. Don’t recommend wasting your time. They are unreliable and unprofessional by the lack of concern for their clients.

I recently contracted Berrett Pest Control and it's been a great experience. Desmond (the technician) was very knowledgable and passionate about ensuring we had the best service possible. He was very thorough in his approach and even offered some suggestions on what I could do as a resident that would help. While still early on, the level of service and attention to detail was superb and I am looking forward to having them treat my home in the future. Thanks Berrett & thanks Desmond!

Extremely unprofessional. After carefully coordinating schedules with one of their reps and confirming it was a free pest inspection, Berrett cancelled the appointment on us 30 minutes before the scheduled time and insisted this had a $250 inspection (none of which was disclosed in the multiple calls previously had). I trusted their reviews online when selecting them for this service and leave extremely disappointed.

I thought this company had great ratings but my 84 year old father lives in Azle Texas I have text from the technician that he would be there last week at 10:00 a no show but did show up at 4:00 pm. I spoke with the technician and he guaranteed he would be there today between 8:00 am and 8:15 am! Well he was a no show again! I texted him with no answer then called him and he answered tried to reschedule but my father has been sitting at his kitchen table since 7:30 am waiting so now the technician said he would be there in 40 minutes?? They had no problem taking my dad’s money but can’t show up or communicate! Extremely frustrating and very disappointed with this company!
