I bought a used nursery glider and seller failed to mentioned it was a dog friendly home. The glider had bad pet odor and I am also allergic to dogs; so I needed to get it professionally cleaned. Nick was very helpful and responded in a very timely matter. I was able to get the glider cleaned the very next day! The odor was completely gone! I was so happy and confident to move the glider into the nursery and put my newborn girl to sleep without worrying about any health issues.

Longtime Customer! I have tried steam cleaning, Zerorez, and Chemdry, and I have been by far the happiest with Ekoserve to clean my carpet and car interior. They are always prompt, get the carpet sparkling clean, and charge a reasonable price. They have even left me with full bottles of their cleaning solution to use between cleanings. Aaron, the technician who has helped me the last few times, is polite and knowledgeable. Can't ask for anything more!

I couldn't be more satisfied in their work. I had a kitchen tile floor that hadn't been cleaned in years and they made it look like new. Excellent service. Update - I used ekoserve again and they are still the best!

I cannot speak more highly of this company. Our 2 year old son used my Mother in Laws couch as a coloring book with his permanent marker. We were freaking out and they went waaayyy out of their way to help us out on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. They had a packed schedule, but still fit us in because they knew our sense of urgency to get this problem fixed. They were friendly, professional and got out the marker in roughly 5 seconds. They also were very, very responsibly priced. I highly recommend.

We needed move out carpet cleaning. The home had two bedrooms, two large walk in closets, and two stairways (one leading down to the garage and one leading up to the bedrooms). They finished it in 40 minutes and it looks and smells so good! Also, they called an hour before arriving which was nice because I knew I had enough time to grab Chick-fil-A. Lastly, the guys were just nice. They chatted with me and my son and made the whole experience wonderful. Calling them again for our new place.

These guys did a fantastic job on our apartment. They were on time and very polite. They made our bad carpets look and smell like they were just laid down. I love my dogs very much but they are horrible with carpet. With these guys, you cannot tell that we actually have pets. Would recommend to everyone and will be a repeat customer myself. We are very happy with the residential carpet cleaning provided by ekoserve. They got us on the schedule quickly, arrived promptly, and the tech couldn't have been nicer.

Ekoserve cleaned a large oriental rug for me. It had never been cleaned in 30 plus years. It had several bad spots (dog accidents). It looks perfect now. They spent a lot of time placing it under my king bed after the cleaning and much attention was paid to the fringe. It looks and feels so clean. I highly recommend Ekoserve for their cleaning service but also for their very cordial and prompt service. And their price was much less than I expected. Thank you

They contacted me during the window they gave me and they showed up on time for both appointments. Both my rugs and couch came out great.

They were on time. Confident in what needed to happen to repair my carpet. Had all their tools and supplies with them. Finished in a reasonable amount to time. Very courteous. The work was above standard and they cleaned up after themselves. And the price was fair. I would use Ekoserve for my future carpet repairs and carpet cleaning.

We hired ekoserve to come clean a sectional, chair and several rugs as part of routine maintenance. I shopped several upholstery cleaning services and ekoserve was very competitive. The owner came out personally and completed the job. He was very friendly and professional! We are very satisfied with the result and will definitely use their services again!

I am so glad I found ēkoserve. I had some tape stuck in several places in my carpet. I was sure I was going to replace my carpet so my call to ēkoserve was my last effort before tossing out the whole thing. Aaron from ēkoserve was phenomenal to work with. Not only was he able to get out the tape residue out of the carpet, he got out many stubborn dirt spots the previous company I used was not able to get out. The carpet looks better than when we laid it down 4 years ago. I highly recommend ēkoserve and will definitely be using them again.

These guys are amazing!

Great communication before service and before arrival to confirm time. Breaker tripped and delayed the cleaning process for just a bit, but no complaints. Great “that’s the way it goes sometimes” service mentality. Carpets had strong dog smell - used odor eliminator and now look and smell great! Will definitely use again.

Great experience. They came out same day to check my water damage and make sure I was drying ok.
Had them clean all carpet, throw rugs, and couches. They did a great job for an unbelievably low price. Will definitely use again, highly recommended.
