the team was very professional and quick to respond to my questions. even though our house is busy with kids and pets and we try to keep things clean, i was really amazed at how much dirt and grime joseph was able to remove from our carpets. he also took care of our big area rug, even though we hadn’t planned for it to be cleaned. usually, i would have to replace it because it’s too large for me to clean on my own, but joseph’s carpet cleaning made it look great again, which will save us money. we will definitely be booking their carpet cleaning services more often and highly recommend them to anyone needing a fresh, clean home.
