I had a major job done at my home with a complete popcorn removal of my ceiling. My wife also has asthma and we stayed over at my mother-in-law‘s home for a couple of nights, so I wanted our house to look feel and smell clean when she got back. The only cleaning service I could think about was Molly Maid and so I made a call this morning and scheduled a cleaning. Team # 2 with Juana and Sandra were terrific, professional, friendly, and very thorough. I’m grateful for their hard work. Overall, it was a quick turnaround and great experience. They sent Julia to clean my home I scheduled a $330 deep cleaning on a three bedroom three bath she left the ring around the tub in the second bathroom she did not clean the toilet in the master bathroom I added a $70 charge on for cleaning the refrigerator that she did not do when she showed up she showed up with another man who waited outside of my house on her the whole time she was here which made me and my neighbor uncomfortable do I recommend them no I do not she seemed to be in a big rush I don't know if it was because he was outside or what it was but she seemed to be in a hurry which in turn the fact that she was rushing so I didn't even want her energy in my home at that point so I let her leave I call the company to complain they offered me a $30 credit on my next cleaning which was supposed to be scheduled for the next week because I was doing a residual with them I had planned to do a residual with them I called back and spoke with another guy and he only offered $6 off my next cleaning they seem a bit all over the place and very unprofessional this is my experience choose wisely

Literally stole my money. $185.50 Had a cleaning scheduled and they never showed up. I called and asked for a refund and they agreed. They never refunded me after multiple follow up attempts to contact them. I disputed the charge with my credit card and THEY GAVE CITIBANK FAKE PHOTOS OF SOMEONE ELSE'S CLEAN APARTMENT and claimed that they did clean my house. They are liars and thieves. Do not trust them with your business!!!

You’re expecting high from the telephone conversation such that they are presenting themselves perfect professionals. Once it comes to the service you got it is poor and not worth the such high amounts.They came total two ladies (one of them was too young) total 2 hours 15 minutes of work for 3600 sqft home.They dont have ladder to reach high points. They left high parts were dusty.Windows from inside were in the agreement but they ignored most of them. My wife hired another lady after they did clean. They asked pictures and i shared them. So they have totally average quality. dont expect 5 star services absolutely. I put 2 star but may be 3 is fair. To whom it may concern
