Twice in the last week I can not get an employee to help open the tool section so I can buy an item. To day Jasmine was helping someone else unlock a tool bin to give them an item. When I asked her to help me get a tool she said they are on break. I drove to your store and I don’t need to wait for 15 min. I asked for a store director and she walked away and ignored me. I went to customer service and explain my situation and had to beg to give me her name. I guess I will have to use Lowe’s in the future. I spend about $15,000 a year at Home Depot and between the panhandling in the parking lot and no employees to assist when everything is locked up behind a cage.

Employee "Mark" was of great help to me today when I really needed some extra help. He went WAY above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Even helped me take my purchase to the car!

If this place doesn't have Mark as their manager soon, it is a complete loss for Home Depot!

Vendor installed a new lawn and sprinkler system. Large patches of the front yard have brown spots because I discovered the vendor did not lay down any top soil but just installed the grass on top of rocks. Additionally, the new sod has numerous patches of Johnson grass and nutsedge weeds. There is a sprinkler head that is a rotor that is not rotating and an additional sprinkler head needs to be installed which they have yet to do. Noticing that the grass around my foundation is dead, in spite of a drip system, I pulled up the grass only to discover large rocks underneath thus sod on top of rocks. It took weeks for the vendor to come and investigate and it has been weeks since a promise was made to do something about it. Additionally they installed a Japanese maple directly in line of a sprinkler head and the maple has its leaves blasted off by the sprinkler head.

This review is strictly for Salvador with the lawn crew. He came to the office and introduced himself and explained what his crew was here for. He also addressed the areas his crew and him would be cleaning up. This is the 1st time that anyone from this company has done this!

Todd and the team are great. They know their stuff, are very responsive and already happy with their work. The team focused on what's best for the trees/plants and not on pushing services/sales. Great partners in creating a beautiful yard.

We had a great experience with A Better Arborist Tree Service. The team was professional, punctual, and clearly skilled at what they do. They carefully trimmed and pruned our trees, improving the appearance and health of the trees. They did a nice job cleaning up afterwards, leaving everything neat and tidy. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and high quality tree service.

Quick and efficient service. Called on a Monday and they had a crew out the next day and got two large oak trees along with two smaller trees pruned and cleaned up for a reasonable price.

Punctual, a time was give at scheduling and, was there on time. The service level, cost and communication was well appreciated. Great job by Todd and his team... Kudos on the service delivery.

Bought firewood here after driving by and seeing the giant woodpile. The guys working there had me call the boss on the phone to make the deal. Strange, but OK maybe this isn't a retail location since I just kinda saw a woodpile from the street and pulled in. The guy on the phone was a bit rude, but I may have insulted him by saying I just wanted to buy 40 logs or so to try it out to see if his wood is seasoned before buying larger quantities. He gave me the whole "I've been in this business X number of years, I'm not some guy in a truck" routine. Anyway he says any wood that's been out in the Texas summer sun for 2 months is seasoned. I'm skeptical, I know this wood won't burn like proper seasoned wood that's a year old, but I'm in a jam and buy anyway. The wood burns like 6 month old wood burns- not very well. But most wood around here is the same, so it's par for the course.

A poor arborist. I called A Better Aborist in order to get wood delivered. Even at almost 3x what everyone else is charging I like quality. I scheduled a time with him and then called right back because I had forgotten that we were going out of town. I asked him to come this upcoming weekend. I called again to reschedule again because I volunteer and my volunteer weekend is this weekend and I forgot. When I called he said that he didn’t even reschedule because usually people are looking for a better price. This, unfortunately for him, is not always true. He then went on a rant about how good he is and how everyone else’s wood is probably bad etc etc. never once apologizing for wasting my time by not showing up or even contacting me about not wanting to sell me firewood. I am thankful that he did this since I know now to never use them. I will say that I believe everyone has the right to choose their customers, I just wish he would have been upfront enough to tell me. I am also posting this here because I couldn’t get a word in edgewise before he hung up. The most inconsiderate business I have ever worked with and I didn’t even get anything from them.

They came in before the snow storm and they were professional and they did a great job and cleaned up everything very well and we are super pleased.

The call started out business as usual: details were exchanged about the potential work to be done and a $500 base package was quoted. I thanked him and said I was gathering quotes and prices from surrounding businesses and if I decided to go with him, I'd give him a call back. He then asked what I would be willing to pay or if I would pay more than $40. Again I mentioned I was just trying to get a couple of different prices but he then proceeded to cut me off, informed me he was going to pass on my business and hung up. All well and good but a bit more tact and professionalism will go a long way.
