To this date everything is going great. The system is really working as promised, great work, left the area clean and pleasing to the eye.

There’s a problem with their billing. They continue to overcharge my account even though I spoke to them about it.

Dragon did a beautiful job on our backyard. They removed old rock, leveled the yard and put down new sod.

Dragons Landscaping responds to a customer’s request quickly and thoroughly. The work crew does what is requested in a timely manner. Prices are reasonable.

Driver in a Dragon Landscaping truck made a few illegal and unsafe passes on a residential road, just to get 5 seconds ahead. Many parents and residents trying to navigate a small road out of the Comanche Spring neighborhood in Saginaw, and this driver came around everyone unsafely and cut people off who were waiting in line to leave the area. Very unsafe and unprofessional. Very narrowly avoided aide swiping a few cars.

The team installed a new irrigation system. They were very accommodating and available to make sure it worked correctly and went over instructions on how to manage remotely. They have been responsive to any questions along the way. I’d highly recommend!

Have used Dragon for over 10 years now and have always had a pleasant experience with them. They have done everything on the outside of our home from landscaping design, yard service, and irrigation. Great company and would highly recommend.

I have been a loyal customer of Dragons for 13 years and use them for all of my lawn, patio, sprinkler service and pool paver installation. Dragons also installed artificial turf and a putting green for me last year. I highly recommend this company for anything your yard or landscaping needs..

Dragons Landscaping has done a wonderful job transforming our backyard and pool surroundings into a more usable and functional space. They have listened to our needs and wants and worked diligently to address them while providing sound advice to help minimize future issues from arising. Luis and his crews have been respectful of our property and have gone the extra mile with a few thoughtful touches we may have otherwise missed, in particular future proofing against the longer term growth of our project.

I can't say enough about Dragons. They are amazing from the ownership down to all the employees. They seem to do a good job creating a culture that makes the employees want to work there. I'm not sure what it is, but if you need landscape maintenance done, if you need sprinklers, or you are putting in a whole new system (residential or commercial), I strongly encourage you to give these guys a shot!

After checking different landscape companies, I’ve found Dragon’s Landscaping and number one the quote provided beat by far the other two, plus they did a tremendous job I would definitely have them as my first choice from now.

Installation:
During the installation when they were installing the Control Panel, the installer used a Hammer Drill from the inside of the garage to the outside. In the process he broke part of the brick on the outside. The installer tried to fix it by using some sort of foam but it looks bad. SEE Picture # 3.
Should have done it with a drill and a Masonry drill bit.

When Programing the Control Panel it looked to be ok.
When I checked it a couple of days later I noticed that the time read PM instead of AM. SEE Picture #2.

It is suppose to come on at 10 PM but, it looks like it is son all the time. I called Luis, the installer and told him about it.

He said he would check it out but he needed to check his schedule and would call me back. It has been 6 days and no word from Luis.

Last but not last , I was told that I would have to put some insulation on the back flow pipes to prevent freezing.
see pict #1. I would think that for $2500.00, this item would have been provided.

Thanks to Dragons Landscaping, both our front and back yards look their absolute best. It's amazing to have vibrant green and healthy grass to enjoy this fall. They did a great job!

Cameron and the guys did an amazing job!! Stone and sod look great!!

They came and put sod in my backyard. Great price, provided plenty of instruction on how to keep the sod alive and a month and a half later we have a nice green lawn!

When installing new sod, it's common practice to prepare your lawn, kill all the weeds and stray plant life. Start by watering the area and spraying an herbicide over the entire yard. Then, lay compost atop the lawn and let it sit for a few weeks to fully suppress the soil.This was not done, even though I specifically asked for the top 3" of soil to be removed due to weeds. SOME of the soil was tilled, sod laid and a week later weeds. Act Now Landscaping needs to do the right thing here.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Amateurs who lack experience. They will side step anyway they can just to get the job done as fast as they can. They DO NOT take the necessary steps to do the work right. They failed to complete the necessary steps in order to prevent weeds from returning under DG and sod. Sod placement was broken, uneven and spaced in many areas allowing for weeds to grow and grass to not take. Ground for sod was not prepped according to proper procedures creating return of crab grass and sod dying. Sections of sod are already dead and will cost us to replace. They lack quality, value and experience...beware!

Spent $685 for Christmas Lights and they have been off more than on. 4 different times we have had portions of the lights stop working. Now on Christmas Eve, half the house is not working and no response to text sent at 8am this morning. Very frustrated with this company and would not recommend

Best company around! They did my Christmas lights and I couldn’t have been happier! Not one light went off all month. The placement was impeccable and their timing was quick and Efficient!

I hired them for Christmas lighting. Cameron and his team installed only half the lights as they ran out of stock. They did not show up to complete the job, and not answering phone / messages. Very poor experience. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
