Don’t know if there are other sales representatives, but this is regards to a specific one. Made an appointment with Tim Colby for granite & tile treatment in our home. He arrived & performed the services as requested, got paid, but has yet to call us back after numerous attempts by my wife & I. As a fellow business owner, I can’t believe the lack of professionalism we experienced. Follow-up customer service is completely NONEXISTENT. Beware of anything promised!!!
