Wow when I tell you that that people are awesome is an understatement. I really didn't expect such a professional service. Not to mention that they went above and beyond to to truly clean my home. Everything was spotless and they even cleaned nooks and crannies that I didn't expect them to. When it comes to professionalism courtesy and just overall amazing services I highly recommend Patriots Maid Cleaning Service. A great service for a great price. Thanks guys!

I was a little apprehensive about using a cleaning company as I had never used one before. The two ladies arrived and were very polite, courteous and friendly. They did an initial walk through with me to make sure that we all understood what was to be done in each room and then they got to work. They brought all the cleaning supplies with them and I didn’t have to provide them with anything. They were very thorough and did NOT waste any time visiting or “gabbing” amongst themselves. When they were finished they had me do a walk through of the entire house to make sure I was satisfied. And boy was I impressed! So much so that I scheduled them to come back next month. I would definitely recommend this cleaning company to anyone and everyone who asks me!

LOVED IT! They were fast professional and best of all affordable they were able to offer a service that was almost tailored to exactly what I needed done all for a great price they were easy to contact setting up a visit was super simple. I will definitely be using this company again and again and referring it to all my friends and family.

The Patriot Cleaning Team did an amazing job! We scheduled the move-in cleaning last minute but Bryan was able to accommodate it. He was also very helpful with and understanding since we had movers coming the same day. I was afraid that the movers would get in the way of the cleaning team, but they were so quick that it wasn't even an issue!

We’ve been using them for about 3 years now and been meaning to review them long time ago, just bad about actually doing it. They get the job done, done right and value is unbeatable. Their price is at least half of what we’ve been quoted by other companies . Would recommended to anyone!

I am blown away by how good the cleaning was, I had a rental property that was abandoned and filthy. Zesty maids in one day made it pretty much show ready again. Seriously my mind is blown, especially for the price. 100% would recommend and use again.

I heard about Zesty Maids from a neighbor who was getting her apartment cleaned by them. My fiancé and I were about to move and I wanted a deep cleaning done on our place so we could get as much of our deposit back as possible. It was easy to communicate with them and set up and appointment, which was done a week in advance. However, I got off work early, the day that the keys are supposed to be turned in, to go check on my apartment one last time, around noon, the appointment was set for 10am. I walk in, not one thing was done..THEY HAD FORGOTTEN MY APPOINTMENT. I call them and they tell me "oh yes we had you down on our schedule, I'm sorry we must have forgot..." Like really?? Is that an acceptable answer?! They ask if they can have someone come out the next day and I tell them no, I have to turn the keys in that day. They said they will send someone out right away. The frustrating thing was though, I could not wait around all day for them to get there, do their jobs and then turn the keys in. So I had to leave the key, have them clean, have them then go and drop off my key at the office for me and then by doing that though I could not go back in, to make sure that they did their job to my satisfaction.. I was Extreamly disappointed with this business. Then I receive an invoice from them a day later, with not even a "I'm sorry for the hassle and inconvenience we have cause you, we have taken some of the cost off for you" It was the full price, of a job I couldn't even check to see if they did it properly. I wasn't going to complain even more though, I was just going to pay them and never deal with them again. Unfortunately, around that time, I could not pay with my CC as it was compromised and I was in the process of getting a new one, so the old one was cancelled, so I could not pay using the PayPal invoice that was sent. I waited, but banks take forever with these things and I guess the wait was too long for them and the owner, Roddy, sent me a threatening voicemail and text message.... HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE. (yes I should have communicated my situation) but I was angry with them anyway and they could stand to wait a few days. But still none-the-less, I am an administrator myself and I would NEVER speak to a customer the way Roddy spoke to me. It was harassment and disgusting.Their bill is paid. They are out of my life, forever. I hope anyone who reads this will not even get started with such an unprofessional business.

We’d tried a couple other cleaning services in the area and Zesty Maids was the first to really cover what I was looking for. We have a 3000 sqft home and 3 cats so my main focus is clean up cat hair, litter and dust the furniture. Zesty Maids has come to our house on a biweekly basis for about 6 months now and every time I get home when they’re done the floors, countertops and furniture are spotless. The rate is at about $156 per service and very worth it as my fiancé and I both work full time.

Have used this service for well over two years. Only one time did they miss something, and they offered to come back when I mentioned it. They're reliable, but usually a little late. I don't mind them being a little late because the service is good and has earned our trust. They're also reasonably priced!

Svene and Dayane are awesome. They have been cleaning my apartment community make ready apartments and common areas for almost a month. The difference between Zesty Maids and my last cleaning company has been a complete 180. New move ins can't believe how clean their home is at move in :)

I booked them a month in advance to clean our rental after we moved out. They notified me two days before our move on a holiday weekend that they actually didn't service my area. I had already given them my address a month in advance which they confirmed. It really left us in a bind to find someone else with short notice. Especially since I scheduled our water and electricity to be shut off around this appointment.

The Zesty Maids Team of Luisa and Letty have been providing cleaning services at my residence for the past several months. They have been the greatest! They come in and get right down to working their magic. Always ask if everything is ok before they leave, which is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Luisa and Letty!

I'm really impressed with this organization. Scheduling was easy and flexible. Two team members arrived on time and did a fantastic job. They were efficient, kind, and did thorough work. I've sent up a reoccurring cleaning for a discounted rate. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Micaela and Tania are PHENOMENAL! They are kind, they pay attention to detail and did a great job making my home sparkle. I love that they pay attention to certain things that I asked for as well as, it was communicated to them my certain wishes ie no bleach and they confirmed that with me. You’ll be lucky to have them 10/10

Was a little late on arrival but did a pretty good job will use them again. I know this is a process getting things done the way I like them so we will see what happens.

This is one of the best services I have ever used in Texas. The staff is so nice and responsive. They follow up and it is SPOTLESS!! I love this company and their employees! Highly recommend! And this is not the first service I have used here, but certainly is the last because with them I found the best service in the area. And just FYI no one told me to write this! Honest truth.

I had scheduled a cleaning at 409 Hawthorne Ln, Grand Prairie today. I had informed the maid by text 3 hrs before arriving that there are some dead insects on the floor which need to be cleaned away when I scheduled this service by email as well as reminded them via text. The cleaning staff from Zesty Maids declined to do the cleaning service citing roaches on the floor. Its ok if they don't want to do the service. But they should refund every dollar that they have charged the customer if the service cannot be done. In this case they charged me $75 fee even if I had not received any service. Its not fair and highly unethical to charge the customer when no service has been done. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS AND STAY AWAY

My partner and I originally used this service for a move out clean of our old apartment and were so pleased with our experience that we budgeted in to have a cleaning of our new apartment done once a month. Our first cleaning of our new place came around on April 9th and it was beyond a horrible experience. 1st we were charged another move out clean of $150, instead of the $90 we'd agreed to for the new place. This issue was quickly resolved and we were refunded the difference, but then the day of cleaning, our maid wasn't given any of the information to access our apartment. The instructions, gate code, etc were not shared with her, which seemed unprofessional, but whatever she eventually got in, but sadly didn't do much cleaning. I came home and was still able to find visible dust on surfaces, food debris left in the sink, nothing was sanitized or wiped down at all. Also, our floors were not swept or mopped. The only thing our maid seemed to do for $100 was make our bed, vacuum and take out the trash. Needless to say I was very displeased and when asked about the experience, I shared my review with the company and even sent pictures, which I'll also be posting here. Over a week later and still no response from the company at all, even after calling and leaving voice-mails. At this point we will most likely be canceling the service as more than half of the items on their "checklist" were not completed at all. I sincerely believe we're entitled to some money back out of this situation or at least a reclean by someone who actually wants to work. Oh and to top it all off, our maid left our door unlocked. So pretty much half the day our door was left wide open, luckily we weren't robbed. I also have screenshots of our smart lock status showing where the door was unlocked. Also if the company is reading this, our account is in my spouses name, Joseph Rodriguez, so no you won't find my name in your system, but you'll find his and I can send screenshots of our transaction to prove that yes we used this service. Bottom line, this job was not executed well and the company lacks professional courtesy to reply to feedback and with maids leaving doors unlocked this service just isn't safe.

Them scraping the hardened wax that spilled out of my wax warmer off of my furniture really impressed me. The only thing I didn't like was that that they sent me the invoice for the cleaning the second week less than 24 hours before, but luckily when I cancelled like 22 hours before they let it slide. But sending the invoice 48 hours before would've been much appreciated. They also just assumed the exact same time would work the second week without asking if that specific time was always good for me every week.

Umm...Where do I start? I was referred here by a family member, so I decided to have the “Zesty Maids” clean my new apartment according to the 50 point cleaning checklist. Obviously this list was non-existent for my cleaning. The freezer was not cleaned nor freezer door. The floors were not swept nor mopped. The bar area flooring was slightly sticky. The kitchen and bathroom sinks had residue in them. The “fun” part of this WHOLE non cleaning process was I had an appointment scheduled for a later time in the afternoon, but apparently they came earlier than scheduled appointment time and cleaned the apartment. Unacceptable, if a scheduled appointment time was agreed upon then let’s stick to the agreed time. Bottom line I was very unsatisfied with the punctuality and cleaning. Money wasted on my end because now I still have to go over my new apartment and re-clean/sanitize.* Consumers beware*
